• 3RD TO 5TH YEAR – 23 DAYS/MONTH TRIAL.
• 6TH TO 10TH YEAR – 25DAYS/MONTH
• 11TH UP – 30 DAYS/MONTH
• 15 DAYS/MONTH FOR STUDYING AND MENTORING.

ART. 98 – DEDUCTION OF 1/5 IF THE CONVICT RA 10592 – DEDUCTION OF 2/5 IF THE INMATE
VOLUNTARILY SURRENDERED WITHIN 48 HRS. AFTER STAYED WHOLE DISASTER IS PRESENT.
THE DECLARATION OF PASSING OF CALAMITIES OR
CONFLAGRATION OR EVEN MAN-MADE CRISIS. “ THIS ARTICLE SHALL ALPLY TO ANY PRISONER
ART. 158 – EVASION OF SERVICE OF SENTENCE DUE TO WHERHER UNDERGOING PREVENTIVE
FAILURE TO RETURN WITHIN 48 HRS. AFTER PASSING IMPRISONMENT OR SERVING SENTENCE.
