SUMMARY
Slightly higher per month than other options Driversnote
boasts a large amount of users but does not offer free trials
of their paid versions. This platform also has the lowest
amount of trips on their free version (15 trips). Driversnote
does have customizable mileage rates and supports
multiple vehicles.
Everlance is a proven tracking app with some helpful
features unavailable on other platforms (multi-vehicle
support, customizable reimbursement rates, receipt
capture). Everlance is priced well with competitors.
Like other paid plans Gridwise has limited functionality on
their free plan. Gridwise does link mileage to the respective
gig app and also allows you to compare your earnings with
others. Gridwise is also the cheapest option when you
chose the annual billing plan ($6/month)
Hurdlr is a lesser used option but one with multi-vehicle
support, two deduction methods and receipt capture but
lacks earnings comparisons and its features are limited in
the free version.
Arguably the most popular tracking app (Mile IQ states
they’re the #1 app for automatic mileage tracking). The app
stands out with all the main features you’d expect under a
moderate price point compared to competitors. The app
does lack receipt capture, performance dashboards to
compare your earnings to others and pay gurantees.
The newest entrant in the mileage tracking space Solo has stand out features that no other app offers like their Pay Guarantee. This feature
Stride is free when purchasing an insurance plan on the
Stride network but their mileage tracking app is more of a
benefit of the insurance plan versus a standalone tool. The
app does have all of main features you may want but lacks
some niche features like multi-vehicle support, pay
guarantees, pay comparisons, and customizable
reimbursement rates.
