You must be very excited for your upcoming Holiday with MakeMyTrip. I hope today’s Briefing Call was helpful and
answered all your doubts related to your holiday. In order to prepare for your holiday to Thailand, I would request you
to read through the below-listed points before beginning the travel.

Important Information: -

• Do carry a print out of your Flight Ticket, Hotel Voucher, Tour & Transfer Vouchers, Visa Copy (E-Visa), Train/Bus
Ticket (if included), Swiss Pass (if included) along with Original Valid Passport & Local Currency.
• It is strongly recommended that you read all the vouchers carefully along with the Destination Important Information
& Guidelines Bitly Link carefully before your travel starts in order to avoid any last-minute hassle.
• It recommended to do web check -in with airline before travel and reach Airport prior 3 Hours for International Flight
& Prior 2 hours for Domestic Flight departure

Important Note:Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your return date.
Please call Airlines before 24 hours to reconfirm flight status / schedule

A day before your travel, you will receive an MMT Emergency number through SMS. You may use this number in case
you require any assistance while on tour. In addition, you can also contact our Local Representative on their contact
number mentioned in your final voucher.

Things to Check:

• Documents
o Passport with a validity of six months from the date of return.
o The passport booklet should have a minimum of three full blank pages for official use.
o Printout of return air tickets.
o Valid visa for the duration of stay.
o It is mandatory for Indian passport holders to travel with a return ticket if travelling on a tourist visa.
o Travellers must carry a minimum of THB 10,000 in local currency per person and THB 20,000 per family of 4
passengers along with the invoice.
o Non-Resident Indian (NRI) travellers need to carry their OCI/PIO card at all times.

• Flight Ticket
o Check if the name on your ticket matches the name on your passport. Keep a note of the flight schedule and
baggage allowance for international, domestic and international internal sectors. Go through the transit visa
requirement if travelling via different carriers.
o Reconfirm your flight schedule with the airline at least 24 hours before departure.
o Please note that if your package includes a flight on a low-cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Ryanair,
Jetstar, Flydubai, Tiger Airways, NokScoot etc.), then check-in baggage and meal will not be pre-included in the
package unless you have booked it at additional charges. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an
additional cost depending on the airline and destination, 48 hours before departure.
o Do note that MakeMyTrip does not assure adjacent seats on flights. Should you have a requirement, please contact
the airline directly (an additional charge may be applicable).
o For departures from India, please reach the airport at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
o We always recommend that you do a web check-in before your travel in order to avoid hassle at the airport and pick
preferred seats (subject to availability). However, it is not applicable to group bookings.

o Visa on Arrival Documents :

o "Indian passport holders are eligible for Visa-on-Arrival .

o 2 passport size photographs (against white background):"(size 6x4cm)

o Confirmed return air ticket. Return must be within 14 days from date of arrival

o Proof of fund of equivalent of THB 10,000 per pax or THB 20,000 for a family of 4 pax (in cash)

o Boarding pass & Thai Immigration arrival form (available at Thailand airports)

o In case you are flying to any city in Thailand via Bangkok, a visa-on-arrival for Thailand must be obtained at the first
point of entry/landing and not the final destination. In such cases, the visa will be issued in Bangkok itself. Therefore,
you should also make sure that the halt time should be of at least 3 to 4 hours and connecting flights should be of the
same airline. Also, carry a copy of your flight tickets and hotel voucher with you.

o Please connect with your visa SPOC for further assistance if a visa is included in your package. If it is not included
and you want to apply, please connect with your Relationship Officer.

• Hotel and Other Services Voucher– Make sure you go through the date and timings of check-in, check-out and
sightseeing/activity.

• Proof of Adequate Finances –Have traveller’s cheques and/or cash in USD or Thai Baht only, equivalent to ฿10,000
($300 approximately) per person, in case asked during immigration.

• Medication - If you are on a regular course of medication, carry an adequate supply of your medicines in your hand
luggage along with the doctor’s prescription.

• Insurance - Do ensure you are adequately covered under insurance. It is strongly recommended that senior citizens
or those suffering from any medical conditions, in particular, are insured for the duration of the trip.
