EMCEE SCRIPT

(Completion/Moving Up Day Program)

MC: Ladies and gentlemen, good morning and welcome to the 10th Moving-
Up Ceremony & Recognition day of San Pablo Elementary School with the
theme: “Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay ng Bagong Pilipinas”

Today, we gather with hearts full of pride and joy as we celebrate the
achievements of our dear learners—our future leaders and the pride of our
community.

To officially begin our program, may we all rise for the Processional March.

PROCESSIONAL (with background music)

MC: ladies and gentlemen, With so much pride and honor, let us cheer and
welcome the candidates for completion for this school year 2024-2025.
Kindergarten learners together with their proud parents and guardians! Grade 1
to Grade 5 Academic Excellence Awardees and Non-Academic Awardees
together with their Proud Parents, SPTA members and officers and barangay
officials, Let us also welcome the highly esteemed members of the academic
community led by the empowered man and a great school leader, our very own
School Head, Sir Roger C. Melo, together with the vibrant and high caliber
educators of this institution, and of course our honored guest speaker and
visitors.

PROGRAM PROPER

MC: To begin with, Let us remain standing as we pay tribute, honor and glory
to our Almighty GOD through an overture. And please remain standing as we
also pay tribute to our national flag through the singing of the Philippine
national anthem, followed by the singing of the DepEd Leyte hymn and
Tabontabon Hymn.
MC: May we now all be seated.
MC: To formally welcome us all in this momentous event, let us hear from a
Kindergarten learner, Cassie S. Doguitom for her words of welcome. Let’s give
her a warm of applause please.
Thank you Cassie.

MC: So now, let us hear an inspirational message by our Brgy. Chairperson of


San Pablo, Hon. Mila O. Eslopor. A warm of applause please.
Thank you Kap for that inspirational message.
MC: So at this point, for the presentation of candidates for completers, Let us all
welcome the adviser of Kindergarten section Rose, Ms. Merly Balano. A warm
round of applause please.

MC: And now for the most awaited part of our programme, especially for the
parents
and pupils, let us move on to the giving of certificates to
awardees who carved a name for themselves. Again may we call
on once again the adviser of kindergarten, Ma’am Merly Balano to
do the honor of presenting our awardees.

Let us now listen, to Grade IV-Dahlia Class Adviser. Mrs. Rizza C. Solis as she
introduces our guest speaker for today. A big hand of applause please!

Moving on, let us hear an inspirational message, may we call on stage our Guest
Speaker, Ms. Shane Iresh Tiozon. Around of applause please.
(Guest Speaker Speech)

Thank you so much Ms. Tiozon for the empowering words you have shared. So,
for the awarding of Plaque of Appreciation to our Guest Speaker. May we have
our School Head, Sir Roger Melo for the giving of our certificate of
appreciation (Allow me to read the citation)

MC: Thank you so much and Congratulations completers! You now have the
ticket to aim higher and dream bigger. Brace yourselves and be prepared for
more. Give
yourselves a big hand for a job very well done.
Before we proceed, let’s take a short break by witnessing the Kindergarten
Section Rose completers to present a song, entitled “I’m ready to go and
followed by Pangako ng Kindergarten song.
Thank you children!

MC: So now,a folkdance Presentation was prepared by our selected Grade 1


learners. Let’s give them around of applause please.

Thank you grade 1 learners for that graceful folkdance.


MC: Persistence and perseverance are some of the key factors for the success of
the
completers that we are about to mention. Please join your co-Completer, LIZZA
MAE D. ALAGON, in reciting the pledge of loyalty.
MC: Thank you! May you live with that promise for the betterment of your
Alma Mater
and your improvement as responsible young citizens of the nation in general.
MC: At this very moment, let us all be inspired as one of the Performance
Awardees
tells her story in realizing such an achievement. With a warm, round of
applause,
lend your ears to ANDRIA C. ANISLAGON.

Music is the expression of the soul, it moves emotions and feelings with the
movement of the time. Through a song that emphasizes the strength amidst
challenges, let us hear the Completers sing their heartily rendition of their
Moving-Up song entitled “Ready To Go.”
MC: Thank you so much and congratulations dear completers!
As we are about to close the program, may we call back on stage our school
head, Sir Intoy Pantonino for the Closing Remarks, Message of Thanks, State of
the School’s Address, Announcements and/or Ackowledgement.
MC: The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges and
opportunities
await our graduates that will further test their mettle as improving individuals.
MC: As they continue with their journey, may they look back to this stage in
their life
with fondness and pride.
MC: Ladies and Gentlemen, this concludes the Moving Up Ceremony of Ugbon
Elementary School, leaving a qoute to ponder: “Take Pride in How far you’ve
come.
Have faith in how far you can go. But dont forget to enjoy the journey.” This
has been
your toastmaster, Sir Alvin Tantoy, signing off and once again thank you for
coming and
congratulations Completers..

At this point, we are to give the rightful Recognition of deserving students of


San Pablo Elementary School. May I request our beloved school Head Mr.
Roger C. Melo and our Guest Speaker Ms. Tiozon on the center stage, to assist
is the Grade Level adviser. May I also request the parents/guardians to
accompany your child as they receive the award.

Grade 1
Starting with the Grade 1. May I call on the Grade 1-cccccc adviser Mrs.
Jovelyn B. Gausin.

Let’s proceed to Grade 2 achievers, from grade 2-cccc, May I call on the class
adviser Mrs. Nora E. Sosing.

And now, let us move to the Grade 3 exceptional students. May I call on stage
the class adviser Mrs. Marlyn Costibolo

GRADUATION CEREMONY SCRIPT

I. ANNOUNCEMENT THAT CEREMONY IS ABOUT TO BEGIN


MC: Consuegra Elementary School’s Commencement Exercises is about to
begin. We expect the
Commencement Exercises to last approximately 3-4 hours so before we begin
this ceremony, let me
remind you to turn your cellphone to silent mode and be courteous around you
by refraining from talking
aloud during the presentation of graduates. We encourage you to express your
pride by clapping of hands
only.

II. INTRODUCTION

MC: Graduation day is always a day of rejoicing for it marks the conclusion of
an educational journey
and the commencement of another more uncertain and more difficult part of
man’s quest for a better life
and future. Truly, signifies the culmination of many years of hard work in the
relentless pursuit of
knowledge, knowledge that will enable a person to embrace opportunities and to
take challenge with clear
vision and purpose.
Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year
2021-2022. Graduating
class, parents, guests, teacher, friends, ladies and gentlement, good morning and
welcome to the 57 th
Commencement Exercises of Consuegra Elementary School with the theme:
theme “K to 12 Graduates:
Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity.” or
“Gradweyt ng K to 12: Masigasig
sa mga Pangarap at Matatag sa mga Pagsubok”

III. PROCESSIONAL

MC: The Processional........ starting off with the Torch..... With so much pride
and honor, let us cheer
laud and welcome the candidates for graduation for this school year 2021-2022
together with their proud
parents as they march towards the venue. This batch is composed of 3 sections:
namely section -
Heliconia, of Dr. Gerome R. Negad, Master Teacher II, as class adviser, section
- Lavender, under the
advisory of Mr. Fidel L. Meracap Jr., Teacher III, and section – Sampaguita, the
class adviser is Mr.
Romnick T. Cellar, Teacher I.

IV. ENTRY OF THE FACULTY, GUEST SPEAKERS AND OTHER

MC: Let us also welcome the highly esteemed members of the academic
community led by the dynamic
and supportive Public School District Supervisors, Mr. Alfredo T. Diaz, the
epitome of empowered man
and a great school leader, our very own School Principal I, Sir Virgilio S.
Pantonino, together with the
vibrant and high caliber educators of this institution, honored guest of honor and
speaker, barangay
officials headed by the brgy.captain Honorable Gregorio Billy F. Delantar,
members and officers of PTA,
colleagues, visitors and friends.

MC: The Commencement Exercises of Consuegra Elementary School is now in
order. May I request
everyone to please all rise as we pay tribute, honor and glory to our Almighty
GOD through an interfaith
prayer to be led by Carla N. Millos, With Honors and a qualifier to enroll at
Sisters of Mary School in
Cebu.
And Please remain standing as we pay tribute to our National Flag through the
singing of the Philippine
National Anthem to be followed by singing the DepEd Leyte hymn, to be
conducted by Fe Mabeth B.
Mendoza, a Teacher I and Mrs. Dominadora D. Lapuz, a master Teacher I,
respectively.
You may now take your seats.

VI. ANNOUNCEMENT
MC: Members of the graduating class, honored guests, parents-teachers
association Officials, faculty and
staff, students and friends, I am Gerome R. Negad, your Ceremonial Master for
this year’s
Commencement Exercises. First and foremost , thank you to the members of the
working committee who
spent many long hours planning this day and to the many others that have
helped to organize and plan this
very important event. Thank you maams and sirs.

VII. WORDS OF WELCOME


MC: To officially welcome us all, may we call in the Batch 2022 With Honors,
Johanna Mae N.
Delantar, for her words of welcome. A warm of applause please.
Thank you very much for the setting the mood of today’s event, JM, a with
honors.

VIII. PRESENTATION AND CONFIRMATION OF CANDIDATES


MC: And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our
midst. To do the honors of
presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, May we have on stage our
School Principal I, the school
head of exemplary performance with postive vibes, none other than Sir Virgilio
S. Pantonino to be
followed right away by the acceptance and confirmation of the graduates and
delivering a message by no
less than our very active and workaholic Principal In-charge of Leyte II, Mr.
Alfredo T. Diaz.
Thank you sir for the heart-inspiring message you had given to the graduates.

IX. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES TO THE GRADUATES


MC: Let me remind everyone that this certificate of Graduation that you are
about to receive is the
tangible evidence of being a graduate in elementary education. This is now the
fruit of your 7-year
endeavor. So to do the honors, may we request all the guests to be on
centerstage to facilitate the
distribution of certificates to the graduates. REFER TO SF1.

X. PRESENTATION OF THE GUEST SPEAKER


MC: Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman who will in a minute
deliver her words of
wisdom to our young graduates and to their parents as well. To get to know
more of her, May we call on
stage our very own Teacher I, in the person of Madam Maricris C. Quilisadio to
do the honors in
introducing our 2022 Commencement Exercises Guest of Honor and Speaker.

MC: Thank you so much sir/ma’am for coming over, gracing our affair and
inspiring all of us.
MC: Ma’am please remain on centerstage as we award this Certificate of
Appreciation for your presence.
Please allow me to read the citation.
MC: May we have on stage once more our Principal In-charge of the District,
Sir Alfredo T. Diaz, our
School Principal I, Sir. Intoy Pantonino, our GPTA Representative, our
Barangay officials, other guests
and the Grade 6 Advisers for the awarding of the Certificate of Appreciation to
our Guest of Honor and
Speaker.

MC: And now, the most awaited part of our programme, especially for the
parents and the learners who
will be awarded, let us now move on to the awarding of medals and certificates
to honors and deserving

XII. PLEDGE OF LOYALTY


MC: At this juncture, to lead their pledge of loyalty to our Alma Mater, may I
call on Zion Zarate, with
honors.
Thank you graduates! May you live with that promise for the betterment of your
Alma Mater and your
improvement as responsible young citizens of the nation in general.

XIII. WORDS OF GRATITUDE


MC: Saying and giving thank you to all the people behind your success is worth
appreciating. At this
point, may I call on the stage Cylester O. Barro, with honors for the Words of
Thanks and Gratitude.

XIV. TRIBUTE TO PARENTS & GRADUATION SONG


MC: Music is said to be the expression of the soul, it moves emotions and
feelings with the movement of
the time. At this point, the batch 2022 would have not reached this far, if not
because of the people beside
them. The graduates would wish to take this opportunity to thank their parents
and/or guardians in one
way or another through a rendition of the song, entitled “MaPa” as popularized
by SB19, followed by a
song that emphasizes the spirit of brotherhood and strength amidst challenges,
especially during this time
of COVID-19 pandemic, let us hear the graduates sing their rendition of the
song entitled“We’re All In
This Together,” popularized by the High School Musical Cast, as their
graduation song.
SINGING......
MC: Indeed, we are all in this together amidst the continuous spread of COVID-
19 pandemic and all
other problems that we are facing in all facets of basic education and I hope our
guests think the same.
