during the monsoon season to combat the rise in infections, allergies,
and rainy-season diseases. You can also boost your immune system by
taking vitamin C and zinc supplements.
Keeping your immunity levels high with immunity-boosting foods is one
of the easiest ways to stay healthy and avoid illness during the monsoon
season.
2. Drink Plenty of Water
Staying hydrated can help you avoid rainy season diseases, as it helps
flush out toxins and boost the immune system.
Watch out for contaminated water sources. Drink boiled or filtered water
to avoid getting sick from water-borne diseases.
3. Keep Your Surroundings Clean
Stagnant pools of water are quite common during the rainy season.
