CHEESE BALL
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of milk;
1 cup of wheat flour;
1 tablespoon of margarine;
1 yolk;
1 pinch of salt;
White cheese;
Frying oil.
PREPARATION
In a pan, add the milk, the flour, the margarine,
the egg yolk and the salt. Bring to the heat and stir
until the dough loosens from the pan, let it cool.
Shape the dough into small balls and fill with the
cheese. In a pan, add the oil, once hot, add the
balls and fry them.
