Terms & Conditions
General Guidelines:
1. Selected location will be confirmed 1 day before the start of your photoshoot for better
weather accuracy.
2. A good pair of shoes may be required in most locations. Sandals are acceptable but
extra caution will be needed as the areas are not paved.
3. All photos are sent as a sample from which you are to choose X amount of photos. Extra
photos are available for purchase. These will be sent 1-5 business days after the
photoshoot. Edited photos are sent colour corrected within 1-8 business days after
selection is received. RAW files are not available. Photoshop edits are available upon
request for an additional fee.
4. To receive samples same day as the photoshoot and edited photos within 24 hrs
thereafter, there is an additional fee of €40.
5. During busy season (generally April-October), beach shoots must take place early in the
morning. Afternoon sessions may only be possible in less touristic areas.
6. If you are more than 2 people, an additional €20 per person is required. Children aged less
than 2 can be included free of charge.
7. A 50% deposit of total amount is required to reserve your spot.
8. Refunds are only given when cancelling 7 days in advance. In case of storms, a re-
scheduling option will be given or a refund, in case no other date is found. Rescheduling
may only be permitted in certain cases, and will be at the discretion of the photographer,
unless informed well in advance (at least 5 days).
9. Please follow my instructions at all times to ensure your safety since we will be in
areas of high grounds and may result in serious injury if proper caution is not taken.
Participating in this photoshoot means that you are voluntarily agreeing to participate in
the activities carried out, understand that there may be risks involved, assume all
responsibility for such risks and hold me harmless from any and all claims.

Drone Guidelines:
1. Drones can only be used in the countryside.
2. During busy periods, photoshoots on the beach which include drone shots must be done in
the morning, starting with the drone first and then followed by shots taken with a normal
camera. This is to avoid having too many people around, and is especially important
between April - November, weekends, public holidays and other holiday periods. It is also
illegal to fly drones on crowded areas.
3. Afternoon sessions with the drone during busy periods may only take place at the cliffside
of Popeye’s V. or Lippija.
4. If at any instance during the photoshoot the weather changes for the worse resulting in
unsuitable conditions to fly the drone, then in such situations, the drone cannot be flown to
ensure your safety and that of those around us. Refund for drone add-on will be given or
additional edited photos to cover fee paid.

Underwater Photoshoot Guidelines:
1. This type of photoshoot can be done for all level of swimmers. However, the more
experienced you are, the varied the shots will be in terms of angles, backgrounds and
poses.
2. Masks and fins are not provided. They are not necessary but feel free to bring your own.
3. The photoshoot location will be chosen according to your swimming abilities and weather
conditions for the day (kindly keep in mind that weather & sea conditions change
constantly so a change in location may be necessary under certain conditions).
4. Please make sure you are 100% truthful. Underestimating the sea is not a joke and doing so
may result in dangerous situations. Kindly answer the following to be able to assess your
swimming abilities:
Can swim in saltwater without flotation devices or assistance
Can stay in water without touching the ground for 10 mins+
Can hold breath underwater for at least 15 seconds
Can open eyes underwater
Can swim up to 50m away from shore
Can dive up to 10m deep
Don’t stress if you can’t do most of these! I have a variety of poses and angles that do not
require any of the above skills.
5. Shots are taken with a dome and underwater housing on a GoPro. A dome allows for
50/50 shots ie. shots showing half above the water line and half below. Underwater
housing is used for shots fully underwater.
6. This photoshoot does not include photos taken with a professional camera on land. If you
would like to add this, a €75 additional fee is required which will give you +10 additional
photos and 20 mins extra time of shooting.
