EXT. SPACE BETWEEN UNIVERSE - DAY
AMERICA CHAVEZ and DEFENDER STRANGE are running along one of the lines.
They are chased by a demonic entity as they attempt to make their way
toward the Book of Vishanti. DEFENDER STRANGE turns around and casts a
spell that freezes the demon temporarily.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Eso lo mató, no?
(Did it kill it?)
DEFENDER STRANGE :
No, así es como lo matamos.
(No! We'll kill it with this!)
AMERICA CHAVEZ and DEFENDER STRANGE run towards the Book of Vishanti, which
rests on a spinning pedestal, radiating with magical energy.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
The Book of Vishanti!
DEFENDER STRANGE:
We can't let it get your power. Get to the book.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
How do we get across?
DEFENDER STRANGE:
JUMP!
THE DEMON appears, blocking their path. DEFENDER STRANGE swiftly fights
back by burying THE DEMON using his magic spell.
DEFENDER STRANGE:
It's too strong. I can't hold it.
DEFENDER STRANGE:
I'm so sorry. This is the only way.
DEFENDER STRANGE goes on the offensive against AMERICA CHAVEZ, planning to
put her in harm's way alongside THE DEMON.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
What are you doing?!
DEFENDER STRANGE:
We can't let that thing take your power. You can't control it. But I can.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
But we're friends!
DEFENDER STRANGE:
I know. But in the grand calculus of the Multiverse, your sacrifice is
worth more than your life.
DEFENDER STRANGE gets a big wound in his chest from a demon. AMERICA CHAVEZ

tries to grab THE BOOK of VISHANTI but THE DEMON stops her. THE DEMON holds
AMERICA CHAVEZ in the air, and she screams, making a star-shaped portal.
DEFENDER STRANGE shoots energy to America, and she falls into the portal.
DEFENDER STRANGE also falls into the portal.

CUT TO:
INT. DOCTOR STRANGE'S BEDROOM, EARTH 616 - DAY
DOCTOR STRANGE wakes up, breathing heavily. He sits on his bed and looks
around, noticing his broken wristwatch. He picks it up and gets up quickly.
INT. CHURCH, EARTH 616 - DAY
DOCTOR STRANGE sits among the wedding guests.
DOCTOR NICODEMUS WEST:
Doctor Strange.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Doctor West.
DOCTOR NICODEMUS WEST:
Haven't seen you in a while.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
I was a little preoccupied being dust in the air for five years.
DOCTOR NICODEMUS WEST:
So were a lot of us. While I was gone... thank you for
asking... I lost both my cats. And my brother. (crying)
DOCTOR STRANGE gazes intently at DOCTOR NICODEMUS WEST.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
I'm very sorry.
DOCTOR NICODEMUS WEST:
Thank you. I, uh... I guess what keeps me up at night is wondering... Did
it have to happen that way? Was there any other path?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
No. But I made the only play we had.
DOCTOR NICODEMUS WEST:
Of course, you do. The best surgeon and the best superhero. But you still
didn't get the girl.
Instrument playing
DOCTOR STRANGE and DOCTOR NICODEMUS WEST stand up as CHRISTINE PALMER walks
down the aisle, accompanied by flower girls.
INT. ROOFTOP BAR, EARTH 616 - DAY
DOCTOR STRANGE takes his glass of wine to the bartender.
CHRISTINE PALMER:
(Clears her throat)

(to the bar tender)

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Allow me, Miss.
DOCTOR STRANGE uses his magic to change the water in CHRISTINE PALMER'S
glass into a glass of wine.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
A little too on the nose?
CHRISTINE PALMER:
What, for you, at my wedding? Nah. It was perfect.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Congratulations.
CHRISTINE PALMER:
Thank you. There's Charlie. I have to introduce you because he's kind of...
It's embarrassing, but he's a big fan.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
So... Hey, uh, Christine...(sighs)
umm... I should have... I wish it had been different. I never stopped
caring about us, but I had to make sacrifices. To protect you. I'm sorry.
Doctor
CHRISTINE PALMER gazes into the distance lost in thought for a while.
CHRISTINE PALMER:
It was never gonna work out between us.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Why not?
CHRISTINE PALMER:
Because Stephen... You have to be the one holding the knife. And I always
respected you for it, but I couldn't love you for it.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
(sighs)
How long have you had that one in the barrel?
CHRISTINE PALMER:
Long time.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Yeah. I bet. Truly, I'm just glad that you're happy.
CHRISTINE PALMER:
I am. I really, really am.

Good.
CHRISTINE PALMER:
Are you?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
I'm happy. Doctor
CHRISTINE PALMER:
Good. You deserve it.
CHRISTINE PALMER walks away from DOCTOR STRANGE. DOCTOR STRANGE watches her
with an empty gaze. Suddenly, the sound of chaos erupts outside the rooftop
bar. DOCTOR STRANGE take a sip of wine and give it to the bartender.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Thank you.
DOCTOR STRANGE takes his ascot out of his pocket and it turns into his
cloak. As he floats down, his dress suit turns into his mystical robes.
EXT. CITY STREET, EARTH 616 - DAY
THE DEMON is destroying all the cars on the street. DOCTOR STRANGE quickly
moves to rescue someone about to be hit by a car. However, he loses focus
when he sees the same girl from his dream running down the street

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Look out!
(to Doctor Strange)
AMERICA CHAVEZ is nearly hit by THE DEMON, but DOCTOR STRANGE uses his
magic to attack the monster.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Do I know you?
(He has a sudden of flashback of the girl in his dream)
DOCTOR STRANGE loses his focus. THE DEMON throws a car at him. WONG takes
over, trying to beat THE DEMON, but THE DEMON catches WONG and is about to
defeat him. As DOCTOR STRANGE regains his strength, he throws his cloak at
THE DEMON to rescue WONG.

WONG:
Help! You're welcome. Do you know it's ancient custom to bow in the
presence
of the Sorcerer Supreme?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Yeah. I'm aware of the customs. Hold it. Hold it.

INT. THE ROOFTOP BAR, EARTH 616 - DAY
CHRISTINE PALMER and CHARLIE see THE DEMON causing chaos on the street.

CHARLIE:
Woah! That's incredible.
CHRISTINE PALMER:
Yeah.
EXT. ANOTHER PORTAL ON THE CITY STREET, EARTH 616 - DAY
DOCTOR STRANGE stabs THE DEMON in the eye, causing THE DEMON to die. He
opens a portal to another side of the street and guides AMERICA CHAVEZ into
the portal, which leads her directly to WONG.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Oh, god!

WONG:
Who's this?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Yeah, I was gonna ask the same question.
AMERICA CHAVEZ tries to run away, but DOCTOR STRANGE grabs her hand.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Hey, kid. What did that creature want with you?

WONG:
Where are your parents?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Take her back to the Sanct...
AMERICA CHAVEZ runs away from DOCTOR STRANGE and WONG

DOCTOR STRANGE:
She took my slingy.

WONG:
She took your slingy.
DOCTOR STRANGE and WONG open a magical portal, reaching out to AMERICA
CHAVEZ.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
We're not gonna kill you, kid. I just bust my ass trying to save your life,
remember? Giant monsters, I can clearly handle. But what bothers me, is
that last night, you were in

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
That wasn't a dream. It was another universe.

CUT OUT:
INT. RESTAURANT, EARTH 616 - DAY
DOCTOR STRANGE, WONG, and AMERICA CHAVEZ sit at a table in a bustling
restaurant, the aroma of freshly baked pizza filling the air

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
How much experience do you guys have with the Multiverse?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
We have experience with the Multiverse. Most recently, there was an
incident with Spider-Man...

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
(Scoffs)
With what Man?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Spider-Man. He has the powers of a spider. Wong: Hence the name.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Gross. Does he look like a spider?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
No. More like a man.

WONG:
Climbs walls, shoot webs.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Yeah. Bingo.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Out his butt?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
No. Maybe. I don't know.

WONG:
Ew.

Honestly, I hope not.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Super weird.
AMERICA CHAVEZ takes a bite of her pizza.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
You're gonna get a stomachache.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
I'm from another universe. How do you know my stomach works the same as
yours?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
I don't. I don't even know if you're from another universe. Which is why
I'm still sitting here waiting for you to enlighten us.

AMERICA CHAVEZ :

(Frankly, of the two Doctor Stranges that I've met, you are not my

DOCTOR STRANGE:

AMERICA CHAVEZ:

Why was that octopus trying to eat you?

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
That thing was trying to kidnap me. It's like a henchman who works for a
demon. All we knew is that they wanted to take my power for themselves.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
What power?

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
I can travel the Multiverse.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
What?

WONG:
You can physically move from one universe to another?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
How?

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
That's the problem. I don't know how. I can't control it. Only happens when
I'm really, really afraid.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Okay. Did the other me know how to defeat this demon?

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Well, you just knew this magical book of pure good, that gives a sorcerer
whatever they need to defeat their enemy.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
The Book of Vishanti? It's not real. It's a fairy tale that doesn't exist.

Actually, it does. I found out in the secret book you get when you become
Sorcerer Supreme.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Unbelievable.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
You're not the Sorcerer Supreme?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
No, I am not the Sorcerer Supreme.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Other you was Sorcerer Supreme in his universe.

WONG:
Although it does exist, the Book of Vishanti is said to be unreachable.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
It is, except...
AMERICA CHAVEZ looks at DOCTOR STRANGE and WONG with hope.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
we reached it. Then the demon caught up with us. I thought you'd protect
me, but...(Looks down)
You didn't.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
That was the fight in my dream.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
That wasn't a dream.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Prove it.

CUT OUT:
EXT. ON THE TOP OF BUILDING, EARTH 616 - DAY
WONG uncovers the cloth from the body of the dead SINISTER STRANGE.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
It wasn't a dream. That means... Dreams are windows into the lives of our
Multiversal selves.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
That was his theory.

WONG:
So that recurring nightmare where I'm running naked from a clown...

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Somewhere out there, it's real.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Somewhere out there, I had a ponytail.

WONG:
There could be more creatures coming for her.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
That power is dangerous enough in the hands of a kid. Imagine if a real
threat acquired it.
AMERICA CHAVEZ moves backward after hearing DOCTOR STRANGE and WONG
statement.

WONG:
It occurs to me, young one, we don't know your name.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
America Chavez.

WONG:
Miss Chavez, will you come with us to Kamar-Taj? You'll be safe there.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
How do I know you won't betray me like he did?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
I guess you're just gonna have to trust me.

WONG:
What do we do with him?
DOCTOR STRANGE uses his magic to bury the dead SINISTER STRANGE within a
pile of building debris.

WONG:
That's gotta violate an ordinance.

(he says while burying the dead strange)

WONG:
The creature that killed him, did... did it have the same markings as the
octopus?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Runes.

WONG:
This isn't sorcery.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
It's witchcraft.

WONG:
Do we know anyone who's faced such a thing?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
I think I might.

CUT OUT:
INT. WANDA’S HOUSE, KITCHEN, EARTH 838 - DAY
WANDA stirs the chocolate cake batter.

BILLY and TOMMY:

Chocolate!
WANDA EARTH 838 :
Hey! What did I say?

BILLY AND TOMMY:

But we can't wait.

WANDA EARTH 838:

Well what did I say? (Laughs)
Go wash your hands.
INT.BILLY and TOMMY'S BEDROOM, EARTH 838 - NIGHT
WANDA EARTH 838 prepares BILLY and TOMMY for sleep, tucking them in, with a
blanket.

TOMMY:

WANDA EARTH 838:

BILLY:

WANDA EARTH 838:

I will. You know... A family is forever. We could never truly leave each
other even if we tried. (patting BILLY)

Mom, I changed my mind. You can come tuck me in if you want.

WANDA EARTH 838:

(Chukles)

EXT. WANDA MAXIMOFF'S GARDEN - day
WANDA MAXIMOFF trims a tree branch in her garden and suddenly DOCTOR
STRANGE appears behind her.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Apples, right?

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Eventually.
WANDA MAXIMOFF gives a single flower from the tree to DOCTOR STRANGE.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
(Snnifs)
Smells...

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Sweet.

DOCTOR STRANGE :
I was gonna say real.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
It's all very real. Thanks. I put the magic behind me.

DOCTOR STRANGE:

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Well, I knew sooner or later you'd... show up, wanting to discuss what
happened at WestView. I made mistakes, and people were hurt.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
But you put things right in the end and that was never in doubt. I'm not
here to talk about WestView.

WANDA MAXIMOFF :
Then what are you here for?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
We need your help.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
With what?
WANDA MAXIMOFF and DOCTOR STRANGE walk together while WANDA picks up the
tree branches she had cut.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
What do you know about the Multiverse?

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
The Multiverse. Vis had his theories. He believed it was real. And,
dangerous.
WANDA throws the tree branches into a wooden box.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Well, he was right about both. We found a girl who can somehow travel
across it but she's being pursued.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Pursued by who?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Some kind of demon. One that covets her power for itself. Now we've taken
her to Kamar-Taj, and... We've got our defenses, but... We could use an
Avenger.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
There are other Avengers.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Yeah, but given a choice between the Archer with a mohawk, and several
bugthemed crimefighters, or... One of the most powerful magic wielders on
the planet, it's an easy call. Come to Kamar-Taj. It'll get you back on a
lunch box.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
What if you brought America here?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Here?

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Yeah. I know what it's like. To be on your own, hunted for abilities you
never wanted. I can protect her.
DOCTOR STRANGE suddenly stops walking.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
You never told me her name, did you?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
No. No, I didn't.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
You know, the Hex was the easy part. The lying, not so much.
WANDA MAXIMOFF conjures a barrier to that reveals the real farm she was
living on.
EXT. WANDA'S GARDEN, UNDER THE DARKHOLD INFLUENCE, EARTH 616 - CONTIONUOS
WANDA MAXIMOFF reveals the Darkhold, which hovers in front of her.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
The Darkhold.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
You've heard of the Darkhold?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
I know it's the Book of the Damned. And that it corrupts everything and
everyone that it touches. I wonder what it's done to you.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
The Darkhold only showed me the truth. Everything I lost... can be mine
again.

What do you want with America? What do you want with the Multiverse?

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
I'm going to leave this reality, and go to one where I can be with my
children.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Wanda, your children aren't real. You created them using magic.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
That's what every mother does.
WANDA MAXIMOFF takes a step forward to DOCTOR STRANGE.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
If you knew... there was a universe, where you were happy, wouldn't you
wanna go there?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
I am happy.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
I know better than most what self-deception looks like

DOCTOR STRANGE:
What you're doing is a flagrant violation of every natural law. If you take
that child's power, she won't survive. (angry)

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
I don't relish hurting anyone, Stephen. But she's not a child. She's a
supernatural being. Such raw power could wreak havoc on this, and other
worlds. Her sacrifice would be for the greater good.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Well you can kiss the lunchbox goodbye because that's the kind of
justification our enemies use.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Is it the one you use? When you gave Thanos the Time Stone?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
That was war, and I did what I had to do.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:

You break the rules and become a hero. I do it and I become the enemy. That
doesn't seem fair.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
What happens now?

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Return to Kamar-Taj, and prepare to hand over America Chavez by sundown.
Peacefully. After that... You'll never see me again.
WANDA MAXIMOFF retrieves the hovering Darkhold using her magic.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
And if we don't?

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Then it won't be Wanda who comes for her. It will be the Scarlet Witch.
INT. KAMAR TAJ, EARTH 616 - DAY
DOCTOR STRANGE tells WONG the truth about WANDA MAXIMOFF and THE DARKHOLD.

WONG:
(Soflty)
Scarlet Witch.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Wanda's gone. She's got the Darkhold and the Darkhold has her.
WONG looks at everyone in KAMAR TAJ and warns them about the danger of
SCARLET WITCH.

WONG:
Scarlet Witch is a being of unfathomable magic. She can rewrite reality as
she chooses, and is prophesized to either rule, or annihilate the cosmos.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
She took over a whole town using her mind. If she gets America's power...
she
could enslave the entire Multiverse.

AMERICA CHAVEZ :
So the person you went to ask for help, and told exactly where I am, is the
person that's trying to kill me?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Yeah.

Suspend teaching at once. And arm the students. Kamar-Taj must now become a
fortress.

RINTRAG:
That's the Masters of the Hong Kong and London Sanctum.
All the sorcerers at KAMAR TAJ unite and grab their own weapons.
MASTER OF HONGKONG SANCTUM:
Honored to face death again by your side.

WONG:
The honor is ours.
MASTER OF LONDON SANCTUM:
Whatever the Sorcerer Supreme asks of us, it shall be done.
(Bowing)

WONG:
It's ancient custom.
(Smiling at DOCTOR STRANGE)
WANDA MAXIMOFF shows up above KAMAR TAJ with a dark cloud of smoke,
instantly turning the sky above KAMAR TAJ into darkness.

WONG:
Choose your words wisely. The fate of the Multiverse may depend on it.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Got it. No pressure, then.
DOCTOR STRANGE flies up to meet WANDA MAXIMOFF.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
All this for a child you met yesterday?

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Wanda, you are justifiably angry. You had to make terrible sacrifices.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
I blew a hole through the head of the man I loved... and it meant nothing.
Do not speak to me of sacrifice, Stephen Strange.
WANDA MAXIMOFF flies closer to DOCTOR STRANGE.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
If you give me what I want... I'll send you to a world where you can be

DOCTOR STRANGE:
(Breaths shakily)
The full might of Kamar-Taj stands against you.

WONG:
Defensive positions. Now!
All the sorcerers in KAMAR TAJ protect the KAMAR TAJ with their magic,
forming a protective shield.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Do not dare to enter these sacred grounds.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
You have... no idea just how reasonable I have been.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Yeah. Book of the Damned, calling yourself a Witch, conjuring creatures to
abduct a kid... I don't exactly call that being reasonable.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Sending those creatures after her instead of myself was mercy. And in spite
of your hypocrisies... and insults, I have begged you to safely get out of
my way. You have exhausted my patience. But I do hope you understand...
that even now... what's about to happen... This is me, being... reasonable.
WANDA MAXIMOFF gets angry and attacks DOCTOR STRANGE in front of her. The
shield formed by all the sorcerers in KAMAR TAJ protects DOCTOR STRANGE.

WONG:
Hold! Hold!
WANDA MAXIMOFF can't break through the shield. DOCTOR STRANGE turns back to
KAMAR TAJ.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Nailed it.

WONG:
Reinforce the shield!
WANDA MAXIMOFF tries to enter every side of KAMAR TAJ. She looks at each
sorcerer in KAMAR TAJ.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
She's trying to get in their heads.

Sorcerers! Fortify your mind!
WANDA MAXIMOFF enters the mind of one sorcerer.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
(Whisper)
Run

WONG:
The shield is down!

SARA:
(Yells)
Fire!
SARA launches a fire attack at WANDA MAXIMOFF.

WONG:
Yes!
WANDA MAXIMOFF unleashes her powerful magic, causing KAMAR TAJ to crumble.
Half of the sorcerer's forces are left injured.

SARA:
Take cover!

WONG:
Fire at will!

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Fall back! Wong!

WONG:
Get out of here!
DOCTOR STRANGE and WONG command all remaining sorcerers to enter KAMAR TAJ.
WANDA walks into the KAMAR TAJ, using her mind-control abilities to find
AMERICA CHAVEZ.
DOCTOR STRANGE blocks WANDA MAXIMOFF at the KAMAR TAJ entrance.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
You want the girl, you're gonna have to go through me.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Fine.
DOCTOR STRANGE traps WANDA MAXIMOFF in the mirror dimension.

DOCTOR STRANGE rushes into the secret chamber of KAMAR TAJ.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
We gotta get you out of here. Now.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:

WONG:
Kamar Taj has fallen.
DOCTOR STRANGE uses his incantation to open a portal to another place.
Suddenly, the secret chamber is filled with strong winds.
The guardian of the secret chamber in KAMAR TAJ is drawn into the floor
with a water reflection.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Reflections. She's using the reflections.

WONG:
Cover them!
DOCTOR STRANGE, WONG, and AMERICA CHAVEZ take all the cloths in the secret
chamber to cover all the water reflection.
AMERICA CHAVEZ grabs a cloth to cover the water reflection in front of the
golden gong, but the cloth isn't enough. WANDA MAXIMOFF pulls herself out
of the MIRROR DIMENSION using the reflection from the golden gong in front
of AMERICA CHAVEZ.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
(Sighs)
You gave all those lives just to keep me from my children.)

DOCTOR STRANGE:
You took those lives. You cannot be allowed to cross into the Multiverse.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
I'm not a monster, Stephen. I'm a mother. Strange: Wanda, you have no
children. They don't exist.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
But they do. In every other universe. I know they do. Because I dream of
them... Every... night. Of my boys... Of our life together. Every night,
the same dream. And every morning... the same... nightmare.
WANDA MAXIMOFF uses the power of the Darkhold to reveal the existence of

DOCTOR STRANGE attacks WANDA MAXIMOFF with a magical snake. WONG uses a
magical rope to take AMERICA CHAVEZ but WANDA MAXIMOFF breaks WONG's rope
and attacks AMERICA CHAVEZ.
AMERICA CHAVEZ rises up, and as WANDA MAXIMOFF attacks, she opens a portal
with her glowing eyes. DOCTOR STRANGE pushes AMERICA CHAVEZ through the
portal.
DOCTOR STRANGE and AMERICA CHAVEZ leap through various strange dimensions.
EXT. ON THE TOP OF A BUILDING, EARTH 838 - DAY
DOCTOR STRANGE and AMERICA CHAVEZ find themselves in Earth 838. They are
out of breath.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
(Panting)
You okay?

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
You saved me.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
I hope so.
DOCTOR STRANGE stands up, taking in his surroundings. All the buildings in
earth 838 are covered in flowers, from the rooftops to the windowsills.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Surprised you didn't puke.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
That's not my first weird trip, kid. So. This is New York in the
Multiver...
(Gags)
DOCTOR STRANGE is quickly proven wrong when he runs to a nearby chimney and
pukes into it, the chimney stack covering up what Strange is puking

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
There it is.
AMERICA CHAVEZ watches DOCTOR STRANGE puke two more times before he
recovers.

[The Cloak of Levitation wipes Strange's mouth.] Cut IT OUT.
DOCTOR STRANGE takes the Cloak off and examines it. It has a nasty gash on
it.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Yeah. You got pretty dinged up. [Doctor Strange puts the Cloak back on
him.] We'll get you fixed. All right, America. You've gotta open a portal
to get us back there right now.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
I don't know how.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
You just did it.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Not on purpose.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Wong is back there alone with Wanda and I'm the only hope he has.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
I can't control my powers...

DOCTOR STRANGE:
You must be able to control it somehow. Even I could...
DOCTOR STRANGE sees America Chavez shrink back, and realises that he is
bringing up bad memories of DEFENDER STRANGE.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
(Sighs)
Sorry. Well, what about this universe's version of you? Maybe she can
control her powers.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
This universe doesn't have a me.

DOCTOR STRANGE:

AMERICA CHAVEZ:

DOCTOR STRANGE and AMERICA CHAVEZ are walking down the street. DOCTOR
STRANGE tries to cross the street at a red light, but a car comes speeding
by and makes him stumble backward. AMERICA CHAVEZ grabs him and pulls him
back to safety.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
They go on red?

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Rule number one of Multiversal travel? You don't know anything.
The traffic light turns red. AMERICA CHAVEZ and DOCTOR STRANGE cross the
street.

DOCTOR STRANGE:

AMERICA CHAVEZ:

STRANGE then walk away, leaving THE PIZZA POPPA behind.

insects as a child. She accidentally opens a portal at that moment to
another universe. Both of her moms get sucked into the portal.

DOCTOR STRANGE and AMERICA CHAVEZ focus on looking at a statue of Doctor
Strange in front of the Sanctum.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
(read the the carved under the statue)

DOCTOR STRANGE:

AMERICA CHAVEZ:

DOCTOR STRANGE and AMERICA CHAVEZ step to the side of the statue and they
see someone at the entrance of the Sanctum.

Yeah. Mordo. He's actually the first guy who let me into Kamar-Taj.

DOCTOR STRANGE, AMERICA CHAVEZ, and MORDO sit in a room.

MORDO:
You're quite formidable too, it seems. A multiversal traveler. But thank
the stars you brought Doctor Strange to safety.
A WOMAN pours tea for Doctor Strange and America Chavez.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Well, just 'cause we jumped ship, doesn't mean we're safe. Our Wanda has
the ability to conjure demons and monsters to attack America - in other

If your Darkhold is anything like ours, I'm afraid she can do far worse

summon monsters, to come after you.
DOCTOR STRANGE drinks the tea.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:

There is a spell contained within those pages. Corrosive to the soul.
Adesecration of reality itself. Dreamwalking. A dreamwalking sorcerer
projects their own consciousness from their universe into another.
Possessing the body of an alternate self. Playing puppeteer, this unholy
doppelganger, and pursue their enemies from afar. The possession is not a

WANDA MAXIMOFF performs a dreamwalking ritual. She hovers in search of all
universes to find TOMMY, BILLY, and AMERICA CHAVEZ.
INT. WANDA'S HOUSE, EARTH 838 - NIGHT
WANDA EARTH 838 picks up plates and glasses of Billy and Tommy in the
living room. She looks towards a suspicious staircase.

WANDA EARTH 838:

Boys, it's time for bed.

BILLY AND TOMMY:

SARA runs destroys the Darkhold. She falls and turns into ashes.

WANDA EARTH 838 falls. The Dreamwalking spell has been lifted from her.
BILLY and TOMMY panic and come to WANDA EARTH 838.

BILLY:
Mom! What happened? Are you okay?

WANDA EARTH 838:

Billy. Tommy. No. No.
INT. KAMAR TAJ - DAY
WANDA MAXIMOFF sees the Darkhold burned by SARA. She tries to grab the
Darkhold, but it turns to ashes. She gets angry and uses her powers to
throw WONG. WONG falss to the ground

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
I need the Darkhold spells. You are the Sorcerer Supreme. Tell me what you
know.

torments them using her magic.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
(Gasping)

WONG:
Legend speaks of a mountain with the wretched spells you seek carved into
its walls. It's there the Darkhold was transcribed. Mount Wundagore.
WANDA MAXIMOFF stops her action.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Wundagore?

WONG:
No one has survived the journey.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
Perharps. We will be the exception.

CUT OUT:
INT. LABORATORY, EARTH 838 - NIGHT
DOCTOR STRANGE and AMERICA CHAVEZ open their eyes. They find themselves
trapped in a laboratory, surrounded by glass walls. AMERICA CHAVEZ pounds
on the glass, trying to get someone's attention.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:
Hey. Hey! This universe sucks!

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Cloak? Hey. Hey, Labcoat. Where the hell are we? Look, I don't know who you
are or what you think you're trying to do here, but These situations don't
usually work out well for a nameless scientist, so just...Christine?
CHRISTINE EARTH 838 looks at the monitor. She turns to DOCTOR STRANGE.

WONG opens the portal to the mountain. He guides WANDA MAXIMOFF to
Wundagore at the top of the mountain.

My magic can only take us so far. Masters of the Mystic Arts weren't meant
to tread upon the forbidden grounds of Wundagore. Eons ago... The first
demon, Chthon, carved his dark magic into this tomb. These same spells,
were later transcribed into the Darkhold. There's no telling what soulless
monstrosities LIE WITHIN
WANDA MAXIMOFF flies up, pulling WONG along as they head to Wundagore.
INT. WUNDAGORE, EARTH 616 - DAY
WANDA MAXIMOFF and WONG enter the Wundagore. They look around, finding
spells carved into the walls and floors of Wundagore.

WONG:
Eons ago... The first demon, Chthon, carved his dark magic into this tomb.
These same spells, were later transcribed into the Darkhold. There's no
telling what soulless monstrosities LIE WITHIN
The statue monsters in Wundagore come to life. WANDA MAXIMOFF ascends to
the Wundagore altar. The creatures in Wundagore bow down to Wanda Maximoff.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:
They've been waiting for me. This isn't a tomb. It's a throne.
INT. ILLUMINATI'S MEETING ROOM, EARTH 838 - NIGHT
The robots lead DOCTOR STRANGE to the Illuminati's room.
MORDO talks to him on the throne of the Illuminati members.

power to make her open the portal. DOCTOR STRANGE accidentally drops the
Book of Vishanti, and it catches fire. Wanda Earth 838 lifts DOCTOR STRANGE
and CHRISTINE EARTH 838 and sends them to another universe using America
Chavez's power. she also pushes America Chavez into the Wundagore portal.

We were... playing on a frozen lake, and... She fell through the ice. I

CHRISTINE PALMER, who is standing outside the sanctum. She is looking up at
the building, her face full of worry.

me at her wedding. I said, yes, of course, I'm happy. I'm a sorcerer with
the power of gods. What man wouldn't be happy? Then I, came back to this

for any of this to happen. I was looking for a world where things were
different. Where I had Christine. Where I was... happy. But I didn't find
it. All I found were more of us. So I did those

you've been
pushed off a tall building? That was probably me. The Darkhold exacts a
heavy toll.
The third eye of SINISTER STRANGE appears, and a strong gust of wind blows
through the middle of the sanctum.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Okay. All the more reason to give it a rest, so let me have it.
SINISTER STRANGE:
Here's the deal. I'll let you use the Darkhold... if you give me your
Christine.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Yeah... I don't think she's gonna go for that.
SINISTER STRANGE:
No?
(Clicks tongue)
Didn't think so.
DOCTOR STRANGE attacks SINISTER STRANGE, firing a magical rope at him.
SINISTER STRANGE deflects the rope. DOCTOR STRANGE seizes the opportunity
and pushes SINISTER STRANGE out of the sanctum. SINISTER STRANGE plummets
to the ground, his body impaled on the sharp edge of a staircase.
INT. WUNDAGORE, EARTH 616 - DAY
WONG is dizzy and nearly falls off the cliff. He looks up at Wundagore and
grabs a rock to stand on.
WANDA MAXIMOFF attacks AMERICA CHAVEZ on the altar of Wundagore. AMERICA
CHAVEZ's body is lifted off the altar, and she screams in pain.
INT. SANCTUM, SINISTER STRANGE’S UNIVERSE - DAY
DOCTOR STRANGE opens the Darkhold, and he sees all of the multiverse. He
sees one universe where AMERICA CHAVEZ is being tortured by WANDA MAXIMOFF.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Hang on. We're coming.
CHRISTINE PALMER enters the sanctum and sees DOCTOR STRANGE sitting on the
floor, reading a mantra from the Darkhold.
CHRISTINE EARTH 838:
What are you doing with the Darkhold? Are you going to dreamwalk?

DOCTOR STRANGE:

DOCTOR STRANGE uses his magic to pull all the candles in the sanctum around
him. He lights all the candles and levitates into the air.
CHRISTINE EARTH 838:
Okay. But doesn't a version of you need to live in that universe? So that
you can dreamwalk into them.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Who said they have to be living?
DOCTOR STRANGE closes his eyes and dreamwalks to WANDA MAXIMOFF's universe.
EXT. ON THE TOP OF BUILDING, EARTH 616 - NIGHT
DEFENDER STRANGE wakes up and breaks the bricks that buried his body. His
body is covered in wounds, and he opens a portal to Wundagore.
EXT. WUNDAGORE, EARTH 616 - DAY
DEFENDER STRANGE stumbles forward, gasping for breath. He looks up at
Wundagore. his fingers suddenly moves on its own and the soul of the damned
emerges from his body and whispers to him.
SOULS OF THE DAMNED:
Stephen Strange, possessing a dead body is forbidden! Cease your dreamwalk,
and face the eternal consequences.
INT. SANCTUM, unknown universe - DAY
DOCTOR STRANGE falls to the ground. The SOUL OF THE DAMNED takes over his
body. CHRISTINE PALMER EARTH 838 approaches DOCTOR STRANGE and touches his
forehead, his body temperature is very high.
CHRISTINE EARTH 838:
Stephen! Don't let me go. Stephen? Hang on. Hang on, hang on.
The SOUL OF THE DAMNED attacks CHRISTINE PALMER EARTH 838. She breaks the
glass of the brazier of goliath and attacks all the SOUL OF THE DAMNED
CHRISTINE EARTH 838:
Brazier of Bom'Galiath. Go back to hell. Stephen... I've got you. You're a
Master of the Mystic Arts. They're spirits. Use them. Use them. Use them.

DEFENDER STRANGE waves his hand, and the magical chains binding AMERICA
CHAVEZ to the altar dissolve. She collapses to the ground, sobbing.

DEFENDER STRANGE sees his hands getting more and more destroyed by WANDA
MAXIMOFF's attack.
AMERICA CHAVEZ punches WANDA MAXIMOFF with her hands.

AMERICA CHAVEZ opens a portal to Universe 838 with her power and pushes
WANDA MAXIMOFF into the portal.

WANDA MAXIMOFF chokes AMERICA CHAVEZ's neck. She turns around and realizes
that BILLY and TOMMY are watching TV.

WANDA MAXIMOFF:

BILLY and TOMMY see WANDA MAXIMOFF and scream. They run away in fear and
hug WANDA EARTH 838.

BILLY:

TOMMY:

WANDA MAXIMOFF:

BILLY AND TOMMY are scared. They run and hide behind the stairs. WANDA
MAXIMOFF approaches BILLY and TOMMY slowly.

BILLY and TOMMY look at WANDA EARTH 838. WANDA MAXIMOFF realizes what she
has done and she cries. BILLY and TOMMY run towards WANDA EARTH 838.

TOMMY:

WANDA EARTH 838:

Okay, okay... I'm okay...
WANDA MAXIMOFF cries in her place, WANDA EARTH 838 walks slowly to Wanda
Maximoff.

WANDA MAXIMOFF calms herself, she flies up to the altar, and looks around
Wundagore, which is about to collapse.

AMERICA CHAVEZ:

DOCTOR STRANGE:

AMERICA CHAVEZ:

AMERICA CHAVEZ opens a portal to Kamar Taj. WONG enters the portal along
with AMERICA CHAVEZ.
DEFENDER STRANGE gazes at WANDA MAXIMOFF from behind the altar.

I opened the Darkhold. I have to close it. No one will ever be tempted by
the Darkhold again.
WANDA MAXIMOFF destroys Wundagore with her power.
Wundagore collapses completely.

DOCTOR STRANGE fixes up the watch that Christine gave him. He replaces the
frame of the watch and keeps it in a box.
EXT. CITY STREET, EARTH 616 - DAY
DOCTOR STRANGES walks down the street, he becomes overwhelmed and falls to
his knees, revealing a third eye has grown in his head.
DOCTOR STRANGE continues to walk down the street

CLEA:
Doctor Strange?
DOCTOR STRANGE turns around.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
Can I help you?
CLEA uses her sword to create a tear-shaped portal.

CLEA:
You caused an Incursion, and we’re gonna fix it. Unless you’re afraid.
DOCTOR STRANGE changes his costume, and his third eye appears.

DOCTOR STRANGE:
