It is common these days to find children in some form of paid employment in many countries
around the world. Although some people view this as potentially providing valuable experience
for adult working-life, I believe that it is wrong for children to be working as they should be in
education.
Getting involved in a part-time job is beneficial for children’s development. This is because it
gives them numerous work experience and practices which they have never learned about at
school. For example, teenagers working in a restaurant can learn how to interact with other
people, working for hours per day also teach them the value of the money. As a result,
adolescents are working harder and performing better at school.
On the other hand, working before being mature is harmful to the children’s studies. This is
because they are at the school age, a peak stage of their intellectual growth. Taking a job will
force teenagers to reduce the time they have to study. For example, many researches show
that children who work part-time are less likely to achieve higher grades than those who did
not. Consequently, they don’t have sufficient platform to get access to higher education,
reducing the opportunities to gain a stable career. There is no doubt that the lessons children
can learn from working are not so important as them from education.

IN MANY COUNTRIES, CHILDREN ARE ENGAGED IN SOME KIND OF PAID WORK. SOME PEOPLE
REGARD THIS AS COMPLETELY WRONG WHILE OTHERS CONSIDER IT AS VALUABLE WORK
EXPERIENCE,
DISCUSS BOTH OPINIONS AND GIVE UR OPINION.
In recent years, there is a growing trend of children paticipating in some form of paid
employment in many countries around the word. Some peple believe that this provides
precious work experience, while others argue against it. From my perspective, I firmly believe
with the latter view, and this essay will discuss both views.
On the one hand, paid work helps children develop valuable skills. Earning money early
requires they to balance among work, school and personal activities. As a result, it can
enhances their time management and responsibility. Also, paid employment improves
communication and teamwork because they need to interact with their customers, colleagues.
For example, a teenager working as a waiter in a café shop can develops communicate skills by
winning customer’s hearts.
On the other hand, paid work can negatively impact children’s education and development.
One major drawbacks of it is it’s detrimental effect on their education. When children focus on
earn money they often struggle to balance their job and school responsibility or even family
time. For example, teenagers who work long hours or work the night shift after school may feel
too exhausted to complete their homework. Therefore, they will suffer from insufficent sleep
because they have to go to school early tomorrow then dive into work again. However, neither
studying nor working is effective creating an endless cycle over and over again. There is no
doubt that this has detrementialed teenager’s live in many ways.
In conclusion, while some argue that paid employment can provide children with precious
work experience, I strongly believe that it is drawback for them.

Children have done a variety of work that earn them income in many places in the world. Some
people think that will bring precious experience but others disagree that, but i believe that
children don’t need to work.
One benefit of wage labor for children is neccessary experience for future work. This familiarity
will make young employee have higher salary and more oppotunity being promotion than other
worker. For example, there are two worker but one worker have a 2-year experience in that
field when he was a child and both worker are going to apply a work in a company, when look
in to these profilos company will prioritize the employee who have more work value. As a
result, the labor who have more experience will being chosen. There is no doubt that this pre-
work has made many young labor become success in life.
However, children will think this work bring money so they can pay for whatever they like. With
limited thinking, they drop out school in order to make lot of money. For example, there is one
child who is working in a kind of paid work in order to buy a new phone. As a result, he stop
study to work full time and this decision will make he have less knowledge than other children. I
think that children have to study because at that age they won’t have ablity to control many
aspects of working life. There is no doubt that working will create a lot vulnerable for children,
which is dangerous.
To sum up, both opinios have its pro and cons but i hold that children don’t have to work in
order to make money.
