DRIVING POLICY

Driving is one of the highest risks to our personnel.

All OILSERV employees and contractors must adhere to the following principles while on Company
business:

• Seat belts: They must be worn by all vehicle occupants. Drivers and passengers are responsible to
ensure all occupants of a vehicle are wearing seatbelts correctly before a journey begins and during
the journey.
• Journey Management: The ArriveAlive program and processes must be implemented in all
locations.
• Night Driving: This is not permitted without an exemption approved by operations management.
• Driving Monitors: All company vehicles must be equipped with a driving monitor, and drivers’
performance must be analyzed monthly.
• Certified Drivers and Vehicles: All company and contractor drivers must be certified to drive
vehicles on behalf of OILSERV and must attend continuous training and refresher courses. Vehicles
used by OiLSERV must be certified by OiLSERV or an authorized agency.
• Mobile Phones: Drivers must not initiate a mobile phone call, answer a mobile phone, or message
while driving a vehicle. The vehicle must be brought to a complete and safe stop before speaking or
texting on a mobile device.
• Contract Drivers: Management ensures contractors adhere to the OiLSERV driving policy and
standard.

Non-compliance to these principles will result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination
of employment or contract.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SECURITY POLICY

OILSERV’s business information is to be protected at all times to ensure competitiveness, and the
privacy and confidentiality considerations for clients, employees, and contractors.

The following Policy principles are to be adhered at all times:

• Equipment Protection: Employees shall protect against theft of or damage to computing


assets and other data devices assigned to them for work.
• Passwords: All OiLSERV computers must have a power-on password. Employees are to
ensure the password follows the IT guidelines.
• Encryption and Backup: All laptops, mobile devices, portable hard-drives, and flash drives
used for work purposes must be encrypted, backed up and password protected. The
preferred backup method is to use a cloud drive.
• Business Data: All Business Data, including printed documents, must be stored securely. All
data on an OiLSERV machine is considered the property of OiLSERV.
• Personal Data: Business machines should not be used to store personal data.
• Cybersecurity: All OiLSERV computers must have an up to date anti-virus software, which is
the responsibility of the person the computer is assigned to. Employees must avoid
accessing unsafe or illegal web sites and unsafe internet connections. Encrypted connections
must be used on open networks, such as planes, hotels, airports, and other public locations.
• Internet Bandwidth: Employees are not to misuse company’s bandwidth.
• Software: Employees must not use unauthorized or unlicensed software on OILSERV
computers. Only OiLSERV authorized software is permitted on business machines.
• Reporting: Employees are obliged to report any irregularity observed such as loss of data,
loss of equipment or non-compliance with this policy’s principles.
• Compliance: Management will ensure compliance to the information security standards
through regular reviews of security results and auditing of risk mitigation activities.

Any violation of this policy may subject the employee or contractor to disciplinary action, including
termination of employment or contract.

following principles:

Customers will be treated ethically, truthfully and respectfully.
• Risk Based Thinking: We apply a risk-based approach to all our processes to minimize and
mitigate the potential of failures.
• Effective and Compliant Processes: We implement lean processes to remove waste, and
potential defects and ensure compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to quality.
• Leadership: All managers demonstrate a visible commitment to our quality systems and
objectives. They lead in the understanding and implementation of the quality systems and
are accountable for the results.
• Commitments to Interested Parties: We strive to meet or exceed the needs and
expectations, and maintain and develop mutually beneficial relationships, with all our
interested parties.

It is the responsibility of all employees to voice concerns regarding our ability to meet customer
requirements and expectations, to STOP any non-compliant operation, and to ensure compliance
with the Quality Management System.

quality objectives, routine quality management reviews and an all-encompassing quality culture. We

SAFETY, SECURITY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We are committed to the safety and health of our employees, contractors, clients, and local
communities and the environment we work in.
We ensure that Safety, Security, Health and Environment [SSHE] is an integral part of our business
activities, services and products, and we commit to the following principles:

• Zero Tolerance: We have no tolerance to the violation of our SSHE standards and policies.
• Reporting: OiLSERV employees and contractors actively participate in the ORBIS reporting
program.
• STOP: OiLSERV employees and contractors will STOP any activity they believe that might
lead to harm or damage, or breaks OiLSERV standards, policies, or procedures.
• Our People: The Safety, Security and Health of the people working for OiLSERV come first.
• Risks and Hazards: All our activities and products are analyzed for SSHE hazards and
mitigation plans are implemented to reduce risks to as low as reasonably practicable. Risks
that cannot be reduced to an acceptable level are not taken.
• Incidents: We believe all incidents are preventable. Incidents will be investigated with
management participation, and applicable corrective improvement actions will be
implemented.
• Environment: We respect our environment through the prevention of pollution and the
reduction, reuse and recycling of natural resources. Where possible we focus on renewable
sources of energy for a sustainable future.
• Laws and Regulations: We comply with all applicable Laws and regulations.
• Clients: We will bridge our standards and policies with customers standards and policies to
ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Objectives: SSHE objectives are set and results are analyzed by management on a continual
basis to drive continuous improvement in our results.
• Leadership: All managers demonstrate a visible commitment to our quality systems and
objectives. They lead in the understanding and implementation of the quality systems and
are accountable for the results.

OILSERV expects all employees to recognize their responsibility to SSHE and their right to report
openly any issue or concern.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY

It is OILSERV’s policy to maintain a work environment free of substance abuse. The principles are:

§ Work Place: Reporting to work under the influence of controlled substances, drugs or
alcohol is prohibited.
§ Distributing or Possessing: Using, dealing, distributing, or possessing controlled substances,
drugs and/ or alcohol while at work or during Company business is prohibited. .
§ Prescription Medications: These are permitted as long as they do not affect the person’s
ability to safely perform their duties in a productive manner.
§ Testing: OiLSERV conducts pre-employment testing, random testing, and post-accident
testing, where permitted by law.

Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of the
employment contract.
