CALL LETTER FOR ASSAM RIFLES TECHNICAL AND TRADESMEN
RECRUITMENT RALLY 2025
1. Please refer to your duly accepted online application to attend ASSAM RIFLES
TECHNICAL AND TRADESMEN RECRUITMENT RALLY 2025.
2. You are hereby advice to report to Presiding Officer of Physical Standard Test
(PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Trade (Skill) Test at Diphu, C/o
Assam Rifles Training Centre and School (ARTC&S) Karbi Anglong (Assam-
782460), NRS Diphu. Diphu (Assam) Centre on 22 May 2025 at 06:00 hours
along with following documents (both original and photocopy duly self attested)
and this CALL LETTER in original :-
(a) Education Certificate and Mark Sheets.
(b) Domicile Certificate/ Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC).
(c) Caste/reservation Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) as applicable.
(d) Last Character Certificate issued by Police Authority (valid for six months).
(e) 10 copies of recent passport size photographs.
(f) Photo ID proof ie AADHAAR Card/Pan Card/Voter ID Card/Driving License etc.
(g) Original copy of system generated online application for PST/PET.
(h) Typing /Short Hand /ITI /Diploma/Degree/Experience Certificate etc as
applicable for Technical and Tradesman Rally only.
(j) Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-servicemen for Technical and Tradesman
Rally only.
(k) No Objection Certificate (NOC) for departmental candidates duly signed by
appropriate authority of Technical and Tradesman Rally only.
(l) Sports Cert in prescribed format for sportsperson Rally only.
3. The entire process may take 40-50 days to complete the Physical Standard Test
(PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Trade (Skill) Test, Written Test, Detailed
Documentation Verification, Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and Review
Medical Examination (RME) as applicable.
4. No lodging & fooding will be provided by the Assam Rifles during your stay for
the recruitment process.
5. The Assam Rifles will not be responsible for sustaining any injury (even cause to
death) to the candidates during recruitment rally events/ transit/ stay at rally site.
6. No TA/DA is admissible.
7. If any discrepancy or false information is noticed in your documentation during
the recruitment rally and even at later stage, your candidature will be
rejected/service be terminated by the Assam Rifles/Government.
8. Please note that merely qualifying in all tests does not guarantee the Final
Selection into the Assam Rifles. The Final Selection will only be made on the basis
of position of the candidates in Merit List in accordance with the availability of
vacancies in the respective, trade and category.
9. Change of domicile and category at any stages will not be accepted. In such case
your candidature will be summarily rejected without issuing any notice to you.
