CEO

Responsibility

* Chief Executive Officer of the organization.


* Define, document and establish the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
* Define & establish organization structure
* Accountability for effectiveness of QMS
* Promoting the use of Process approach and risk based thinking and effectiveness of actions taken
to address risks and opportunities.
* Ensuring that resources needed for the QMS are available.
* Understand and determine Internal-External issues, Understanding the needs and expectations of
interested parties that are relevant to QMS
* Define and communicate Authorities and Responsibilities of personals.
* Conduct periodic review of the Quality System for its adequacy and effectiveness.
* Provide adequate resources and delegate authority to concerned Department In-Charge to achieve
goals in production, quality and other areas set and to review manufacturing capabilities
* Identify new business opportunities, formulate business plan and implement business strategy.
Ensure its implementation at all levels in the company
* Identify, facilitate, training.
* Monitor the trends related to: -
a) Customer satisfaction and feedback from relevant interested parties
b) Extent to which quality objectives have been met
c) Process performance (efficiency & effectiveness) and conformity of products and
Services.
d) Non-conformities and corrective actions.
e) Internal audit results
f) Evaluation of the performance of external providers
* Necessary actions to meet customer & legal requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
(New product dev., joint ventures, new technology, R&D, innovation & Creativity, understanding
and fulfilling future needs of customer
* Define and implement corporate responsibility policies like anti bribery, an employee code of
conduct and an ethics escalation policy.
* Identify process owners who are responsible for managing organizations processes and their
outputs. Processes owners shall understand their roles and be competent.
* Assign person with responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirements are met
(CR) and person with authority to stop defective parts shipment.
* Maintain documented process to motivate employees to achieve quality objectives, to make
continual improvements and to create an environment that promotes innovation.
* Management Reviews shall be conducted at least annually
* Document and implement action plan when customer performance targets are not met

Authority

* Make changes as appropriate in quality management system.

HR & Admin
Responsibility

* Coordination with respective dept. heads regarding training need identification & finalization of
training topic.
* Prepare training plan for year.
* Assign or allocate operators according to their competency level.
* Prepare skill matrix.
* Conducting internal/external trainings.
* Checking effectiveness of training received.
* Taking into the consideration of CSR related to training.
* Awareness of safety in organization.
* Carrying out safety drills.
* PPE, s in organization.
* Communicating safety policy.
* Awareness of consequences of non-conformity from customer point of view.
* Consequences of positive work.
* Medical policy, PA policy etc.

Authority

* Compliance with legal requirements.


* Conducting interview for new employees.

HR & Admin Executive


Responsibility

* Forming and maintaining employee records


* Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
* Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and
recruitment guides
* Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
* Communicating with external partners
* Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
* Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information,
i.e. holiday and sick days taken
* Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses

Authority

* To manage HR & Admin related issues


Quality Head
Responsibility

Arrange reviews of non-conforming product / process.


* Attend customer complaints.
* Assist In-charge Purchase in selection of Subcontractors.
* Control, calibrate and maintain Monitoring &. Measuring devices.
* Assist sub-contractor’s quality system development.
* Reporting on the performance of the Quality system to the management for review and as a basis
for improvement of Quality System.
* Analysis of cost of poor quality
* Preparation of quality related documents like PPAP
* Monitoring and developing supplier quality management system
* Kaizen opportunity identification and implementation.
* Identification of risk and opportunities and preparing action plan against the same
* Promoting process approach in the quality department
* Identification of training requirements from department
* Preparation of sampling plan

Authority

* Stop the defective material at any stage for further processing.


* Stop Shipment of Doubtful/Defective Parts.
* Stop production due to quality problems.
* Conduct Internal and Second Party Audits as per Audit Plan.
* Conduct product audit as per audit schedule
* Conduct process and IATF system audit along with AQMS coordinator and audit plan/schedule
* Presentation to customer for corrective actions against customer complaints
* Release of products at various stages with authorized signature
* 5S auditor & layered process audit
Head Finance
Responsibility

* Manage financial and administration teams to achieve company financial goals.


* Develop the overall corporate financial goals and objectives
* Oversee preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget,
expense, etc.
* Assist in account receivable and payable activities
* Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawals and deposits.
* Follow standard accounting process for financial analysis and reporting activities.
* Evaluate existing accounting system and recommend improvements if required.
* Assist in developing and managing budgeting system.
* Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports.
* Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related
problems.
* Manage all client accounts for payment settlements.
* Initiate orientation and training programs for employees.
* Track and monitor resource needs and other material needs for carrying out financial and
administration tasks.
* Monitor and manage expenses within allotted budgets.

Authority

* Sanction leave.
* Overlook HR, Admin & Procurement
* Interview, hire and train new employees in financial and administration activities.
* Assist in resource identification, work assignment, performance evaluation, and
promotion decision activities.
