Fracture Of Clavicle
*Common Fracture at all age groups.
Due to fall on the shoulder and sometimes on an
outstreched hand.
Direct trauma
The junction of the medial 2/3 and Lateral 1/3 of the
clavicle is the commonest site of the clavicle fracture.
Clinical Features *
1.Pain2. Swelling3. Tenderness
4.Loss of Continuity
5.Loss of Function
6. Abnormal Mobility

Scapula Fracture (अंस भग्न)
Less Common
Due to fall on the shoulder and direct trauma.
The Scapula can break at four sites-1.The Body
2.The Neck
3.The Acromion Process
4.The Coracoid Process

FRACTURE OF HUMERUS (प्रगण्डास्थि भग्न)

Due to fall on the shoulder and direct trauma
Due to Outstreched hand
1.Fracture of the surgical neck of the humerus.
2.Fracture of the greater tuberosity of the humerus.
3.Fracture of the shaft of the humerus
4.Supracondylar fracture of the humerus
5.Fracture of lateral condyle of the humerus
6.Intracondylar fracture of the humerus
7.Fracture of the medial epicondyle of the humerus.

Mujhe Glucose लगवाओ ।
3.Fracture of the Neck Of the Radius
4.Fracture of the Forearm bone
5.Monteggia Fracture DislocationClinical Feature-Common

इसमें Radius का Head Dislocate हो जाता हैं और Upper 1/3 of
the Ulna Fracture मिलता हैं।
6.Galezzi Fracture Dislocation
यह Monteggia Fracture से मिलता जुलता हैं, इसमें Lower 1/3
of radius fracture & Radio ulner joint dislocate हो जाती हैं।
7.Colle’sFracture -Distal end of the radius fracture.

8.Smith Fracture (Reverse Colle’sFracture)-Distal end of
the radius fracture. (Inward)

FRACTURE OF SHAFT OF TIBIA & FIBULA

1.Direct Injury
-Road Traffic Accident
-Mostly due to voilence

-किसी Object से frequently मारने से भी skin rupture होकर
open fracture cause हो सकता हैं।
2.Indirect Injury
-A bending and torsional force on the tibia may result in
an oblique or spiral fracture respectively.

PELVIC FRACTURE (कटि भग्न)
1.Ischio Pubic Rami Fracture
-इसमें 1 या 1 से अधिक Rami Fracture हो सकती हैं।
-Also called Straddle Fracture.
-इसमें urethra and Bladder में भी injury हो सकती हैं
2.Iliac Wing Fracture
-Due to direct injury to the wing of the illium eg.Road side
accident.
3.Acetabular Fracture
-Displaced fracture of acetabulum present.
