I'm attending Fullerton college to get my architectural degree the base pay for this job starting
off seems reasonable without having a bachelor's degree. But I think in the next upcoming years
I'm going actually attend Cal Poly Pomona to get my bachelors degree so I could be making over
100,000 a year an architectural field
I picked this location because I want to be closer to family I have a lot of family that lives in
Florida and this is a great price range for 365,000 I will be living in Florida which is a dream come
true and I'll be closer to family. The other factor was the income that I'm going to be making
mike's projected income is from 60,000 to 180,000 a year depending on what job I take if I take
a draft of job then it's going to be 60,000 if I take a architectural job then it's going to be over
100,000 which is a great income for a house like this I'll be able to pay it off in no time. Then I
have a possibility to work from home because my uncle has a architectural firm in Florida so
everything will be a plus for me. For the area that I live in now the houses are going for over a
million and I won't be able to afford that so I think Florida is a great move.
My Retirement

I feel that in retirement I will be in Florida and have a vacation home in Jamaican so I can visit

family there when I feel like it. I think that Florida is a nice place to live that why I have picked it to move

to in the future but I also want to retire there and spend most of my day at the beautiful beaches they

have there. Now for Jamaica I want to have a small farm there with chicken and horses just something

simple with vegetables and fruits. I also what to build my house in Florida and Jamaica since I am going

to be an architect it will be easy for me at that time to get building plans to go thought and I will know

all of the ropes.

Now for traveling I want to visits almost every country I can with my USA passport. I have

already been to a lot of countries so far but I think that I can explore more when I retire but I don’t want

to retire that old so I am thinking about retiring when I am about 65 years old. I feel like that is a great

age to retire but I will have to do a lot of work to make my dreams come true. I want to work for a

company but have my own business in the side doing building plans so I think that this will be a great

opportunity for me to make extra money to fulfill what I want to do in life.

By retirement I should have a few million saved up so I can do the thing I want to do. My

hobbles I have not really thought about but being me I will be getting in to all kinds of things I feel that

traveling will play a big part in my hobbies maybe I will have a YouTube channel showing the different

thing I experience in life. Maybe when I retire I will still have my own company so I can still be doing

building plans and hire and teach some people how to make it all happen with the knowledge I get from

college and working in that field. I know that I can teach some people in Jamaica because there

education system is really expensive and no one can really afford it so I think that will be a great place

for me to start. Plus they will not be offering a class to learn this type of work anytime some for cheap.
I really feel like when you retired from a job that doesn’t mean you quit working on thing that

you love to do it just come a time and date where you saved up enough money where you can retire

from you 9 to 5 and relax alit bit but you can keep working on the things you like. I feel like a am going

to be build building after in retire for a company but I will have my own thing going that pays good I

think right not for simple building plans it start off around $5000 usd and that is for adding a room so I

feel that buy this time I retire it will be a lot higher and I can make a stable retirement income but doing

my own thing. I feel like all these country population is going to grow so they are going to need more

house built so I picked a great industries to get into.
