AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF A VEHICLE
THIS AGREEMENT is made the ________ day of ___________ 20___

NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:
1. In consideration of the sum of

2. The Seller warrants to the Buyer the following:
(i) the Seller is the owner of Vehicle;
(ii) the Seller has the legal right to sell the Vehicle;
(iii) the Vehicle is free and clear of all liens and
encumbrances and;
(v) the vehicle is sold after being examined by the buyer
(vi) that the Vehicle is not the subject of a hire purchase
agreement.
(viii) the seller provides the buyer with the key of the
vehicle.
3. Once the agreement is signed and paid the seller agrees
immediately transfer the ownership of the vehicle to the buyer.
4. The lawyer is to oversee smooth transition from the previous
owner to the buyer
5. The buyer has to leave the showroom with all documentation
including the logbook once the money is paid
6. The seller is to ensure all areas to be fixed are attended to with
no delay.
7. The Buyer has examined or has had an opportunity to examine
the Vehicle. The Vehicle is sold and delivered strictly as seen and
seller expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. The transfer of money will be done through bank In the account

9. The Seller warrants that while the Vehicle was in the Seller’s
possession, the odometer was not altered or disconnected and
that to the best of the Seller’s knowledge the odometer reading
