Dear Katelyn Nicole Rauskin,

We are excited to welcome you as an authorized reseller of Eva NYC


products. This letter serves to outline the terms and conditions of our
partnership and ensure that we both uphold the values and standards of the
Eva NYC brand.

### 1. **Authorization**

As an authorized reseller, you have the right to sell, promote, and distribute
Eva NYC products in your specified territory. This authorization is non-
transferable and only valid for the duration of our agreement.

### 2. **Terms of Sale**

**Pricing**: You agree to adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)


guidelines set forth by Eva NYC. Pricing must reflect the quality and integrity
of our brand.

- **Inventory Management**: You will maintain an adequate inventory of Eva


NYC products to meet customer demand. Regular orders should be placed to
ensure continuity of stock.

- **Sales Reporting**: We request periodic sales reports to monitor product


performance and support your efforts in marketing and selling Eva NYC
products effectively.

### 3. **Marketing and Promotion**

- You are encouraged to promote our products through various marketing


channels, including social media, websites, and in-store promotions. All
promotional materials must align with our brand guidelines.
- The use of our logo and brand imagery is permitted only as per the
provided guidelines. Any deviations must be approved by Eva NYC prior to
use.

### 4. **Customer Service Standards**

Providing excellent customer service is crucial for maintaining the reputation


of the Eva NYC brand. You agree to respond promptly to customer inquiries
and resolve any issues efficiently.

### 5. **Training and Support**

Eva NYC will provide training resources and support to help you effectively
represent our brand and sell our products. This includes access to product
information, marketing assets, and ongoing communication with our team.

### 6. **Compliance with Regulations**

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale
and distribution of our products, including but not limited to taxes,
import/export regulations, and consumer protection laws.

### 7. **Termination of Agreement**

This agreement can be terminated by either party with 30 days written


notice. Termination does not exempt you from fulfilling any outstanding
orders or obligations incurred prior to the termination date.

Additionally, we are confident that with your support and dedication, we can
elevate the Eva NYC brand to new heights. As we move forward, please keep
in mind the following key points:

1. **Collaboration**: Regular communication will be essential. We


encourage you to share your ideas, feedback, and any challenges you
encounter along the way.

2. **Marketing Strategies**: Let us work together to pinpoint the most


effective marketing strategies for reaching our target audience. Whether it’s
through social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, or in-store
promotions, your insights will be invaluable.

3. **Performance Metrics**: To assess our success, we will set specific


performance metrics that align with our objectives. This will allow us to track
progress and make necessary adjustments in real-time.
4. **Training and Support**: We want to ensure you have all the
resources you need to represent the Eva NYC brand effectively. Training
