Part 1: The Birth of Captain America and What He Represents

Hello! Today, we’re going to talk about Captain America and what he symbolizes.
Steve Rogers was born in 1922 in Brooklyn, New York.
He was a weak young man but wanted to serve his country during Second World War.
After being rejected multiple times, he was chosen for a secret program called the
Super Soldier Project. Thanks to a special serum, Steve became
stronger, faster, and more resilient, transforming into Captain America.
Captain America represents American values like freedom, justice and protecting the
innocent.
His indestructible shield symbolizes his dedication to protection even in the face
of danger.
Captain America was created in 1941, during a time when the U.S. wasn't yet
officially in the war. The creators, Joe Simon and Jack Kirby, wanted to make him a
symbol of resistance versus Nazis and tyranny.
He represented hope and the fight for freedom.
Thanks to that Captain America became more than just a superhero; he became a
symbol of courage and patriotism .
