2. Breakfast: 2-3 parathas + curd/pickle OR 2 bread + 2 eggs + dry fruits

3. Mid-Morning: Glass of milk or lassi + peanuts or laddoo

4. Lunch: Roti/rice + sabzi + dal/rajma + curd/buttermilk

5. Evening Snack: Paneer/egg + toast + tea/milkshake

6. Dinner: Roti/rice + sabzi + dal/egg curry

7. Bedtime: Glass of milk with haldi or ghee
