natural world and how it works.
– It is the knowledge about natural world through observations
and experimentations.

– it is the knowledge of science that has been put into practical use to
solve problems.

- It is always linked with technology. And technology is caused by any
advancement in science.

The countries around the world were classified based on the
economic status and application of technology.

According to World Bank, by 2020, 7 out of 10 countries with largest
economies will be coming from Asia. These countries are China,
Japan, India, Thailand, South Korea, and Taiwan.
These countries have poor policies, low discipline and no
advancement. But once technology was introduced to them and have
proper implementation, they made great advancement across the
globe.
It was indeed that SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY has improve the life of
people. Not Just making people’s life easier and upscale the
economy status of the country. It also enhances the different fields
such as medicine, communication, education, agriculture, business
and industry.
SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY HOLD THE KEY TO PROGRESS &
DEVELOPMENT OF ANY NATION.
IMPACT OF TECHNOLOGY ON SOCIETY
Our society is completely dependent on technology due to increase
in the trend of digitalization. Even though technologies brought many
advantages to human life, other people are getting concern due to
the rapid increase of technology which resulted to more pollution in
the environment.

MECHANIZED AGRICULTURE
-Technology has largely mechanized the agriculture. There are various
technologies of modern agriculture that allows people to grow large
amount of food quantities by putting less input and generating high
yields or the ROI within a shorter period of time.
-Through government subsidies, small to medium-sized farmers were
able to make proper management of machines they need.

IMPROVEMENT IN TRANSPORTATION
-Both the business and the society are getting benefit from
the new methods generated from the technology.
-Transportations consider aspects that are very helpful in
relocating both goods and the people.

-Everybody make use of communication for various purposes. The
organization/ society are dependent on communication for purpose
of transferring information.
-Electronic media has made improvement in the method of
exchanging ideas for the development of the society.

-Education is considered as the backbone of the country’s economy.
For better interpretation of information, educational infrastructure
were organized. Most schools integrates technologies so that
learning process of the students could be improved.

-Due to increase in demand of technology, the pressure on earth and
its natural resources have been created.

INCREASE IN POPULATION
-The growth in population is being viewed differently by the
developed and developing countries. For the Developed Countries,
they see positively as they were able to utilize the technologies
developed especially in health care facilities. However, the
Developing Countries find it negatively, as the mortality rate and
birth rate is very high, yet the resources for food is in scarce and
health is poor.
