1. School personnel are important to the learning atmosphere.


2. Schools should organize activities outside the classroom to meet needs,
interests and abilities of learners.
3. Schools should provide services that help and support each student
appropriately.
4. Students should be allowed to participate in issuing reasonable regulations.
