Resetting the NetEco password Public

This document describe how to reset the password in NetEco portal following the below steps:
Step 1 Click Forgot Password on the NetEco login page.

Step 2 Access the Reset Password page, enter the email address and verification
code, and click OK.

Step 3 A message is displayed indicating that the verification code has been
successfully sent. Click OK.

Step 4 Check the email for resetting the NetEco 1000S password, and perform the
operations specified in the email.

Resetting the NetEco password Public

If the link in the email cannot be accessed, compare the IP address in blue link with that in below
table. If they are different, change the IP address in blue link to the IP address of the NetEco
1000S server.

Step 5 Set a new password. Then log in with it.
