on the menu and also tells about sum amount of money generated from
each item.
2. Bar chart:
Interpretation:
This chart compares sales across different menu items.
Top sellers : Latte drink generates the highest revenue, highlighting
customer preference in that area.
Recommendation: Bundle the top popular items with less popular ones
to boost overall sales.
3. Heat maps:
Interpretation:
This map tells about the sales of the different items in the menu, where the
items in the green spectrum represent good sales where as the red ones
representing poor sales.
Americano with milk is leading the sales and cocoa and cortado needs to
improves the sales.
4. Line chart:
Interpretation :
This graph tells us about the revenue that different items on the menu are
generation during the 4 quarters in a year.
5. Histogram:
Interpretation:
The histogram shows that most of the data values are concentrated around
the money bin of 36, which has the highest frequency (1,022 occurrences).
The distribution is right-skewed, with fewer entries in the lower and higher
money bins. This suggests that the majority of the data points fall within the
higher-mid range, while extreme values on either side are relatively rare.

observe and decreasing slope because the data is only available till the

This graph represents the mode of payment done by customers for various
items in the menu, and from this we can interpret that most of the payments
are through digital payment method.
10. Pie chart:
Interpretations:
This is sales represented through a pie chart model where we can interpret
that Latte with 24.14% fraction holds the highest percentage followed by
Americano and Cappuccino and the least bring espresso.
Sales forecasting:
1. Overall Trend
o From March 2024 (₹7,050) through September 2024 (₹9,989), there’s a generally
upward shift, followed by a dip in June (₹7,758) and a local high in May
(₹9,063).
o October 2024 spikes sharply to about ₹13,891 making it the highest historical
point before dropping back to around ₹8,590 in November and ₹8,237 in
December.
o January 2025 sees a trough at roughly ₹6,398, likely due to the post holiday
season effect, again followed by an upward shift to ₹13,215 in February 2025
nearly matching last October’s peak.
