I. INTRODUCTION

Every lost laptop, phone, or wallet contributes to the hundreds of thousands of thefts
reported on campuses yearly. The growing urgency of this issue was recently recognized during
Foundation Week, when several students reported stolen valuables in the dugout, a space
intended to be a secure area. These events not only cause unnecessary burden but also create a
sense of dissatisfaction and worry within the campus community.

In order to resolve this problem, we propose the implementation of personal lockers across
campus to give students secure storage for their belongings. Along with reducing the risk of loss
and also establishing a safer and more organized environment where students can focus on their
education. We aim to make this project a beneficial addition to the students' learning
environment by collaborating with the individuals who are committed to improving the
educational environment and promoting peace of mind and security. This will help foster a more
organized and supportive environment, which allows students without worrying about the safety
of their personal items while concentrating on education.

II. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

To address the issue of missing personal belongings among students, we propose the
implementation of personal safety lockers to provide secure storage and reduce the risk of theft
or loss.

III. OBJECTIVES

The primary goal of this project is to reduce theft and the loss of personal items on
campus by providing students with secure storage options throughout the academic year. Within
the first two months, 70 lockers will be installed and utilized in classrooms. A maintenance
mechanism will be put in place to fix any problems within 48 hours, and staff will receive
training on how to handle the lockers for the launch. By the fifth month, the implementation of a
feedback system, such as conducting surveys, and developing a monitoring plan to ensure
continued usability and user satisfaction.

IV. METHODOLOGY

This study/campaign aims to analyze and promote effective strategies for enhancing
security and minimizing risks in daily life. To achieve this, we conduct on-the-spot questioning
of students to gather firsthand information about their experiences regarding the safety of their
belongings on campus.

The data collection process involves random or targeted interviews with students in
various campus locations, ensuring diverse perspectives from different backgrounds.

V. PRELIMINARY BUDGET

The estimated budget for this project is PHP 13,000, which covers buying the locker,
delivery expense as well as consultation expense. The Locker is is a small closet or cabinet
which are very secure and can ensure safety to the personal belongings of the students.

monthly cost for using the said lockers. The estimated monthly cost is about PHP 650 which was
derived from the data gathered of how much other schools that already have lockers charge their
students.
VI. TIMETABLE

VII. CONCLUSION

We are confident that the installation of this project will help lower the cause, of the
ongoing problem that arises from the concerns of students in the lack of security for their
belongings. The combined intellects from the proposed project, wants to build an environment
where the students wont need to worry about their belongings. Through the lockers, students will
have a safe place where they can store there valuable and important items without the hassle of
bringing them everywhere. We want to make our vision into a reality for a much better
tomorrow.
