1.
The Greatest Love (John 15:13)
No greater love than this, that one should lay
His life for those He calls His very own.
Christ gave His all, to take our sin away,
And made His heart our ever-glorious throne.
He walked the earth, with eyes upon the cross,
To show the world the depth of God’s own heart.
In sacrifice, He counted not the loss,
But won us back, despite our fallen start.
For love is not a fleeting, passing thing,
But lives within, a fire that will not cease.
It is the strength that makes the broken sing,
And grants the weary soul its sweetest peace.
So let us love, as He has loved us first,
A love that heals, a love that quenches thirst.
2. Love That Never Fails (1 Corinthians 13:8)
Love never fails, though all else may decay,
It stands unshaken through the storm and night.
Though tongues may fade, and prophecies give way,
Love lifts the soul to ever greater heights.
It does not boast, nor seek its own reward,
But finds its joy in others' peace and gain.
In truth, it speaks, and to the Lord it’s poured,
It holds the heart through sorrow, loss, and pain.
For faith and hope may falter as they fade,
But love endures and sees beyond the veil.
It lights the way, a beacon in the shade,
And fills the soul, though earthly paths grow frail.
So let us love, as love can never die,
For love is heaven’s light, our hearts’ reply.
3. The Love of God (1 John 4:9-10)
In this, the love of God was manifest—
That He would send His Son to die for me.
Not as a gift from man, nor in request,
But from His heart, the purest love we see.
This love does not withhold, nor turn away,
But sacrifices all to make us whole.
It came in Christ, and still it lights the way
To cleanse our hearts, and heal each shattered soul.
So deep, so vast, this love that knows no end,
It casts out fear, and peace within it grows.
A love so strong, it will not break or bend,
But gently leads us where the river flows.
Love’s perfect love, made flesh for us to see,
In Christ, we find eternal liberty.
4. Love is Patient, Love is Kind (1 Corinthians 13:4-5)
Love is patient, love is kind and true,
It bears all things, and never seeks its own.
It lifts the heart to skies of endless blue,
And softly speaks when harshness would be thrown.
It does not boast, nor swell with pride’s disgrace,
But humbly serves, with kindness as its guide.
It fills the soul with peace, and gentle grace,
And stands by those who’ve nowhere left to hide.
In times of trial, love does not depart,
It holds the hand, it guards the broken soul.
It is the light that leads the fearful heart,
And makes the fractured, healed and fully whole.
So let us love with kindness, pure and deep,
And sow the seeds where faith and love may keep.
5. Love That Casts Out Fear (1 John 4:18)
There is no fear where perfect love is found,
For love is bold, it casts all dread away.
It lifts the heart and turns the world around,
And makes the night as bright as morning’s ray.
This love is fearless, driven by God’s grace,
It holds the soul in peace, through every storm.
It walks through trials, yet it finds its place
To turn the ashes into something warm.
When fear would whisper lies of doubt and pain,
Love speaks the truth, and peace is born anew.
It knows no limits, and it will not wane,
For love is God, and God is love so true.
So let His love remove all fear and doubt,
And live in peace, with grace flowing throughout.
6. Love’s Enduring Strength (Romans 8:38-39)
Nothing can separate us from His love,
Not death, nor life, nor angels, nor the skies.
For love will always lead us to the above,
And in its grasp, our spirit always lies.
The depths of God’s own love we cannot measure,
It stretches wide beyond the heavens’ reach.
It holds us close, a never-fading treasure,
And speaks His truth, far deeper than the breach.
Though trials come, His love will never cease,
It fights for us, and leads us to the light.
In every storm, it brings eternal peace,
And keeps us safe, through every darkened night.
For love is constant, faithful, and secure,
It binds us to the One who makes us pure.
7. Love’s Sacrifice (Romans 5:8)
But God demonstrates His love for us—
While we were sinners, Christ did die and save.
No greater love than this, to give His trust,
And pour His life, to set the captive brave.
For love is sacrifice, a costly thing,
It bears the pain, and takes the hardest road.
It is the crown of thorns, the broken King,
Who bled for us, and shared the heavy load.
His love redeems, though we were far away,
And calls us home, though sin would still divide.
His love, a price that nothing can outweigh,
It calls us in, and lifts us from the tide.
So let us love as Christ has loved us first—
A love that gives, a love that quenches thirst.
8. Love's Light (1 John 2:10)
Whoever loves his brother walks in light,
And in him there is no dark shadow found.
For love reveals the way, so pure, so bright,
And lifts the heart from sorrow to new ground.
In love, the heart becomes a shining star,
A beacon through the darkness of the night.
It leads the lost, no matter near or far,
And fills the world with joy and wondrous light.
So love your brother as you love yourself,
And let the light of love within you shine.
For in this love, there is no fear or stealth,
But peace and grace, and hearts that intertwine.
Love is the light that drives the dark away,
And guides the soul through every passing day.
9. Love’s Promise (Jeremiah 31:3)
I have loved you with an everlasting love,
A love that never changes or grows cold.
It calls you near, and whispers from above,
To lift your heart and make the broken bold.
This love will never fail, nor lose its place,
It keeps its promise, steadfast, true, and kind.
It holds you close and covers you with grace,
And lifts you up, when all seems left behind.
God’s love will never change, will never fade,
It reaches wide, and gathers all to see.
A love eternal, in the heart, displayed,
And calls us home, where we are meant to be.
So rest in love, and trust its perfect way,
For God’s own love will guide you every day.
10. The Love of Christ (Ephesians 3:17-19)
May Christ dwell in your hearts through faith,
And fill you with the love that passes all.
It is a love that reaches wide and great,
And raises up the soul to stand so tall.
This love is vast, it stretches far and wide,
Beyond all depth, beyond all height, and deep.
It calls the heart to rest, with arms open wide,
And whispers peace, where once the storms did leap.
Know this love, the love of Christ, so pure,
That fills the heart and drives the dark away.
This love will always, always, long endure—
It holds you close, through every night and day.
So let love reign, and fill your soul with grace,
For Christ’s own love will guide you in His place.
