BUTLER SERVICE

Butler: Good morning Ma’am/Sir. Welcome to PNHS Hotel. I am LEONARDO at your service.
Do you
have any reservations?

Guest: None, I don’t have any reservation. Where will I register?

Butler: I will assist you in our front office for your registration. Can I carry your Luggage please?
Is there any fragile thing inside? This way to our front office please.
FO: (Do the registration process)

Butler: Can I have your key card Ma’am/Sir. Your room number is 804 located at 8th floor. We
will use the elevator to get there. This way please.

(WALK TO THE ELEVATOR)

How is your trip Ma’am/Sir? I’m sure you are very tired. Ma’am/Sir please allow me to introduce
to yousome of our facilities that will surely benefit your stay here. If you want to relax, we have a
massage salon here located at the 3rd floor which opens from 8 am to 10 pm. If you want to be
refreshed, you can go to the pool area and enjoy the mam-made falls. If you want to make over,
our beauty salon is located at the left wing of the 3rd floor and it opens from 9 am to 8 pm. The
hotel has 2 restaurants, one is offering Italian dishes and the other one is catering Filipino and
Chinese dishes. You can call them if you wish to have a room service.

(AT THE ELEVATOR)

Ma’am/Sir to use this elevator, just insert your key card and press the number where your room is
located. May I remind you to refrain from using this elevator during emergency cases and instead
you can use the stairways.

(AT THE GUEST ROOM)

(Knock 3x) and announce Butler service. Ma’am/Sir here’s how to use the key card. Just insert it
on the slot, the door will be opened as well as the lights and aircon inside. Welcome to your room
Ma’am/Sir. This is your suit room, which has a queen size bed, a small kitchenette and a living
room. You have mini-bar installed which contains different beverages, chocolates and biscuits.
But may I remind you Ma’am/Sir that anything you consume will be charged to your
accommodation account. You have a telephone which you can use for local and international call,
just dial 5 and the operator will assist you in getting the line. Your bathroom has a complete
amenity with hot and cold water. If you want privacy Ma’am/Sir you can hang the DND sign at
your door knob and if you wish to request for a room cleaning, the makeup my room sign is also
available. If you need something, just call 362 and we will be happy to assist you. Thank you for
