N.B.:1. All the entries must be filled in by the Examinee himself/herself and check up by the Office of the Principal will be treated as final. 2. The
photograph of the Examinee must be attested by the principal concerned. Fifty percent signature of the Principal should be put on the photograph
and remaining fifty percent should be put on the Admit Card. 3. Any erase or cut on any entry will not be allowed. 4. Instructions to the Examinee
are mentioned in the next page. (PLEASE TURN OVER)
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE EXAMINEE
1. THE EXAMINEE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE EXAMINATION HALL/CENTRE WITH
MOBILE TELEPHONE SET/ELECTRONICS RECEIVER.
2. The Examinee will not be allowed to enter the Examination Hall/Centre without the original Admit Card issued
by the University.
3. The answer script/scripts not signed by the Invigilator on duty is/are not acceptable.
4. The Examinee is directed to communicate with the College Office regarding the time-table and place of
Examination.
5. Except original Admit Card, Identity Card, Pen, Ink, Pencil, Instrument Box and money, any other
material/materials cannot be carried on in the Examination Hall/Centre.
6. The only Calculator which will be authorised/allowed by the Chief Supervisor of the Examination Hall may be
used by the Examinee during the examination period.
7. Legal action will be taken against the Examinee/Examinees who will be found to violate the Law and Order of the
Examination Hall/Centre.
8. The Examinee is bound to abide by the instructions imposed by the concerned Invigilator/Invigilators and the
Chief supervisor of the Examination Centre.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibitted in the examination Hall/centre.
10. The name of the Examinee cannot be written in the cover page of in any other page of the answer script/scripts.
11. The Examinee is bound to abide by the instructions printed in the cover page of the answer script.
