Dear Ma'am Galapin,

titled “The Effects of Restroom Access and Privacy on Students at Supang National High School.” This study aims to explore the
challenges students and teachers face regarding restroom facilities, particularly issues related to accessibility, privacy, and overall
well-being.

The interviews will be conducted with selected students and teachers who have direct experiences with restroom access concerns.
The process will be strictly confidential, and participants’ identities will remain anonymous. Additionally, all ethical considerations,
