1.

Check TikTok Instant Form Settings

 Ensure that the questions in your TikTok Instant Form are saved properly.
 Double-check the spelling and formatting of the question fields to avoid mismatches.
 If you recently updated or added questions to the TikTok form, confirm that the form was
published again after making changes.

2. Verify Custom Fields in GoHighLevel

 Go to Settings > Custom Fields in GHL.

 Ensure the custom fields you created match the TikTok questions exactly (including case
sensitivity and spaces).
 Custom fields in GHL must match the exact name of the TikTok form questions to map
properly.

3. Force Sync Between TikTok and GoHighLevel

 Disconnect TikTok Integration from GoHighLevel again, but this time:

1. Clear your browser cache or use an incognito window.
2. Reconnect TikTok Instant Forms to GHL via Settings > Integrations.
3. Allow up to 10 minutes for the sync to complete.
 After reconnecting, re-check the Forms Field Mapping section to see if the fields
appear.

4. Test TikTok Form Submissions

 Submit a test form directly from your TikTok Instant Form.

 Go to GHL and check under Opportunities or the relevant pipeline to confirm if the test
submission data appears.
 Sometimes, mapping doesn't update until a new lead is captured via the form.

5. Clear Cached Fields in GHL

 GoHighLevel may cache field mappings from the initial integration. To resolve this:
1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > TikTok.
2. Look for an option to refresh or reset field mappings (if available).
3. If this option isn’t visible, contact GHL support to manually clear the cache.
6. Compare TikTok vs. Facebook Integrations

Since you’re not facing this issue with Facebook Instant Forms:

 Check how your Facebook questions are formatted and named.

 Match the TikTok fields' structure and naming convention to the working Facebook
fields.

7. Reach Out to Support

If the issue persists:

 TikTok Support: Ensure the form API integration is functioning on TikTok's side.
 GoHighLevel Support: They may need to refresh your account settings or identify if
there’s a bug with TikTok integration.

Temporary Workaround

If mapping continues to fail, consider using Zapier or Make (formerly Integromat) as an

intermediary to transfer data between TikTok Instant Forms and GoHighLevel. This can help
bypass mapping issues.
