After shipping on board within 03 days, the Seller must send the origin documents to
the Buyer via Express Courier, included:
1/ AWB marked “Freight Prepaid” : full set 3/3
2/ Signed commercial invoice : 03 originals
3/ Detailed packing list : 03 originals
4/ Certificate of origin : 01 original and 02 copies
Article 8. ARBITRATION
All disputes arising under this contract shall be settled amicably with the
international Laws of INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. The
disputes would be settled amicably at first. If not, the dispute shall be settled by THE
VIETNAM INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CENTRE (at HO CHI MINH

CITY) attached to THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INUSTRY OF THE
SOCIALIST – REPUPLIC OF VIETNAM.
The award of this Committee should be final and is binding to both parties.
All expenses that occurred by settlement shall be borne by party who make
mistake(s)
Article 9. FORCE MAJEURE
Under avoidable circumstances preventing the buyer and/or the seller from fulfilling
their commitments to this contract, one party facing force majeure cases should
inform the other by fax or telex within ten days at the latest starting, from fax or telex
date, beyond this stipulated period, the force majeure cannot be considerable.
Article 10. OTHER TERMS
- Both parties undertake to carry out complete and strictly this contract, if there are
any difficulties, both parties will discuss to solve problems, and any change must
be confirmed by written form.
- This contract comes into effect from the signing date to March 22, 2025
- This contract is made into 02 copies in English, each side keep 01 copy, having
the same value.
