3. The Singapore Flyer City Passes are non-refundable. Any unused benefits at the time of expiry of the card will not be
refundable or transferable to another card. No replacements or refunds are offered for lost or stolen Singapore Flyer City Pass(es).
Singapore Flyer City Passes is valid for one time use at any participating attractions or venues.
4. The Singapore Flyer City Passes are only valid for use at selected attractions and venues in Singapore.
5. CityTours may at its absolute discretion refuse to sell to any person without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6. You shall purchase the Singapore Flyer City Passes only at authorized sales offices, sales outlets and sales channels.
CityTours shall not be obliged to honor nor have any liabilities with regard to any Singapore Flyer City Passes purchased through
unauthorized outlets or channels.
7. You shall check the condition of the Singapore Flyer City Passes upon purchase before leaving any sales outlets or sales
channels and to bring to the attention of the sales attendant any invalid, damaged or faulty Singapore Flyer City Passes issued to
you. CityTours shall not be obliged to replace any invalid, damaged or faulty Singapore Flyer City Passes not drawn to their
attention at the time of issue.
8. You are required to show / tap your Singapore Flyer City Passes at the mentioned redemption counter of the attractions.

Enveloped safely in a capsule, 165m above ground level, you will be treated to a visual 360˚ feast
of iconic and historical landmarks such as Singapore River, Raffles Place, Merlion Park, and

ancient lands to Singapore – the cornerstone of our city’s modern prosperity. Catch glimpses of
the neighbouring Indonesian Spice Islands and the Straits of Johor, Malaysia while watching the
ships sail serenely by.

No matter who you are, where you’ve been and where you’re headed, Singapore Flyer offers you

Flight Schedule
Daily flights: 8.30am – 10.30pm
The first flight is at 8.30am and the last is at 10.15pm. The entire experience includes the Journey
of Dreams and one rotation (≈ 30 minutes) on Singapore Flyer.
