4. Cost Control System
To manage and control project costs effectively:
Cost Monitoring Tools: Use tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project to track
time and resource usage.
Earned Value Management (EVM): Track Cost Performance Index (CPI)
and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
Weekly Reporting: Review actual vs planned expenses with stakeholders.
Change Control Board (CCB): Any cost-related change must be approved
by the board.
Buffer: A 10% contingency reserve (70,000) will be kept aside for
unexpected changes.
Alerts & Thresholds: Set alerts for exceeding 80% of the budgeted cost for
any activity.
