4. Cost Control System

time and resource usage.
 Earned Value Management (EVM): Track Cost Performance Index (CPI)
and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
 Weekly Reporting: Review actual vs planned expenses with stakeholders.
 Change Control Board (CCB): Any cost-related change must be approved
by the board.
 Buffer: A 10% contingency reserve (70,000) will be kept aside for
unexpected changes.
 Alerts & Thresholds: Set alerts for exceeding 80% of the budgeted cost for
any activity.
