I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally request the disbursement of airtime fund to
facilitate smooth communication and ensure the efficient execution of duties within the branch

Effective communication is essential for my daily operations, including liaising with clients, coordinating
with team members, and handling urgent office matters. To maintain productivity and minimize
disruptions I kindly request the allocation of Tsh 15,000/- for airtime, which will enable carrying out my
responsibilities effectively, smoothly and at ease.

I would highly appreciate your prompt consideration of this request to ensure seamless operations. I have
also complied with documentation required to process this request and attached an exhibit as per
instructions.
