How can technologies such as the internet and social media be used most effectively?
That is, how can we minimize their negative effects and enhance their positive
effects?

Being ready for accepting drawbacks or rejecting up to date technology incur


less negative impact on humanity (Peter Augustine Lawler, Perspective on Political
science, 2005, volume 34) and effective technology requires some steps such as
experimentation, competition and feedback (Edward W. Yaunkins, The freeman,
2000, volume 50).

Main idea 1- up to minute techs make life easier
