recommended Rs 90.48 Cr. In the
report of the Valuer, the cost of
dwelling unit of 430 Sft was
considered as Rs.1594 for which they
referred the basis that the
government constructed 430 Sft
house is of Rs 6.85 lakhs, whereas, in
TIDCO housing, the sale price of
dwelling unit of 430 Sft is 8.55 lakhs
 including infrastructure cost of Rs
0.90 lakhs, which works out to Rs
1988/- per sft without the cost of the
land. If this is adopted the developer
will have to pay Rs 6.81 crores
* extra over and above Rs.9048.168

allot the 130 acres of land in the
name of M/s Vizag Tech Park Limited
(M/s VTPL - a 100% wholly owned
subsidiary of M/s Adani Enterprises
Ltd.) instead of M/s Adani Enterprises
Ltd. based on the decision of the
State Investment Promotion Board
(SIPB) meeting held on 27.10.2021 at
11.00 AM under the Chairmanship of
the Hon’ble Chief Minister.
Accordingly, the SIPB discussed the
proposal and agreed with the
recommendations of the State
Investment Promotion Committee
(SIPC) meeting held on 07.10.2021
and made the following decisions:
a) To induct M/s Vizag Tech Park
Limited (VTPL - a 100% subsidiary of
M/s Adani Enterprises Ltd.) as project
proponent in the place of M/s Adani
 Enterprises Ltd., subject to the
condition that M/s VTPL is created as
a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for
the purpose of implementation of this
project.
