Subject: Decline in Employee Productivity

Dear Sir,

I am submitting this report in the reference of your letter no 5826 dated January 22,2025 in which I was
asked to submit report on Decline in Employee Productivity. The report includes the finding and
recommendations regarding the present issue.

I visited all departments and talked to every employee.

After inquiry there are some present reason behind decline in employee productivity

 The lack of strong relationships between junior employees and managers is contributing to
cooperation issues some times its create misunderstanding between them and it affect on employee
productivity.
 Increase In workload leading them to stress and decrease there productivity.
 Outdated work tools slow computers, old software and unreliable internet.

The conclusion of the report is that behind employee productivity is lack of feedback and motivation,
increased in workload ,communication gap between staff and management. If these issues remain
unaddressed this will also affect company performance and have to control on these for company long
term success.

In view of the above findings I recommend that

 Employee engagement activities and team building programs.


 Managers feedback will increase staff motivation and productivity.
 Regular meetings and update your staff about every new event.
 Distribute work among in equal numbers.
 Provide latest computers, software and reliable internet for better outflow.
