1 Price & payment terms: As mentioned in the offer.
2 Taxes: All taxes and duties, whether Central, State or Local are not included in the quoted price and shall be payable by the customer at the
rates
Prevailing at the time of actual dispatch.
3 P&F: 2% extra of the basic price.
4 Transportation: Extra at actual; Customer scope. Transportation will be arranged by the customer. In case the customer requires us to
transport the goods to the port of preference, we shall send the goods through our transporter till the port in India on to-pay basis.
5 Equipment acceptance criteria:
Individual units will be tested in-house for functionality and same will be demonstrated to customer at their site
6 Installation & commissioning:
(a) All the necessary drawings associated with installation of the equipment will be provided along with operating instructions &
maintenance manual.
(b) Commissioning will be carried out by our engineer after the delivery and prove-out will be conducted as per the Equipment acceptance
criteria.
(c) Installation support shall have to be provided by the customer by means of crane, basic tools & utilities, manpower support, etc.
7 Delivery: Deliver schedule / lead time is considered from the date of receipt technically and commercially clear PO & advance. This offer
mentions tentative delivery period. However, actual delivery shall be committed upon the receipt of Purchase Order and advance.
8 Insurance: Transit insurance shall be borne by the customer. If we dispatch the consignment through our transporter (to the post of
preference),
we will be providing the details of the consignment while it leaves our works.
9 Order cancellation: The purchase order will be irrevocable. In the event of any possible cancellation of the order, advance amount shall
stand
Forfeited, any amount spent shall be adjusted against available advance and any expenditure not recovered within available advance
amount shall be compensated by customer within 15 days of such eventuality.
10 Warranty:
Standard bought-out parts: We shall be providing the warranty documents from the suppliers along with the equipment. In case of service
requirement or warranty related issues, we shall co-ordinate with the subject supplier towards the resolution of the issue(s). If the bought-
out parts are procured from the preferred suppliers of the customer, we may request the customer to intervene in-terms of
communication, if necessary.
11 Commissioning plan:
1 man-day(s) are included in the quoted price for commissioning of the set-ups included in this quotation, at customer end (1 man-day is 1
day per person e.g., if 2 persons are deputed it shall be 2 man-days per day). However in case, the stay of our personnel is extended
beyond considered man-days due to non readiness of site as in case of viz., plant not being ready for installation, unavailability of (i)
power/air connection (ii) inspection facility and/or (iii) responsible authority, man-day charges at the rate of Rs.10,000/- (per person per
day) will be charged for every additional day.
Note: Commissioning is considered within 100km of Bangalore. Other destinations shall be charged for travel charges at extra.
