Job Summary:

Hotel Harsh Ananda is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate
(GSA) to provide exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests. The GSA will be
responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting guests, handling reservations, and
ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details.
• Uphold hotel policies and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Assist in handling billing, cashiering, and financial transactions.
• Ensure a clean and organized front desk area.
• Support other hotel staff in delivering seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
