RE: NOTICE TO VACATE PREMISES DUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF RENT

This Notice serves as formal written notification that you are in breach of the Residential
Lease Agreement dated [Insert Lease Start Date] in relation to the premises located at:

You have failed to pay rent for a period of three (3) consecutive months, specifically for:

- [Insert Month 2]
- [Insert Month 3]

In accordance with Clause 6 of the Lease Agreement and Section 37 of the Land Act (Cap
113), the Landlord is entitled to initiate eviction proceedings upon non-payment of rent for
three consecutive months.

You are hereby given thirty (30) days notice to vacate the premises. If you fail to vacate by
18 May 2025, the Landlord will pursue lawful eviction through the appropriate authority,
including the Ward Tribunal or District Land and Housing Tribunal as required under
Tanzanian law.
