DAILY ROUTINE
Regular Schedule CODE OF CONDUCT FOR
July to March STUDENTS

1. Regular attendance is very important for successful


Timings work, no leave is granted except for serious reasons. All
09:00 to 09:15 AM Assembly students are expected to attend school on the re-opening
day after every vacation.
09:15 to 09:20 AM Meditation 2. For violating school discipline rules, students will be
penalized by one or more minor disciplinary measures,
09:20 to 10:00 AM 1st Period persistent misconduct will lead to major action.
10:00 to 10:40 AM 2nd Period 3. If any student comes late to the school, 3 warning
notices will be given; if the student continues to be late
10:40 to 11:20 AM 3rd Period after even notices, he/she will be sent back.
4. Laboratory Breakages: In case of deliberate laboratory
11:20 to 11:45 AM Lunch Break breakage, the student will have to pay the cost of the
equipment damaged along with penalty of 10%.
11:45 to 12:20 PM 4th Period 5. Library Fine: i) Loss of a book: If a book is being lost,
the student will have to pay the cost of that book.
12:20 to 12:55 PM 5th Period ii) Removing pages from a book or disfiguring it: In addition
(Pre Primary Dispersal) to the amount as in (i) above, the student will be
reprimanded or punished depending upon the seriousness
12:55 to 01:00 PM Short Recess of the lapses.
6. General Damage: For all damages to the furniture and
01:00 to 01:30 PM6th Period fixtures, the students will have to pay the actual cost of the
article damaged in addition to other punishment
01:30 to 02:10 PM 7th Period depending upon the gravity of the matter.

OUR INTIMATIONS
 Our criterion is to bring the studies, powered by digital board.
 Less Bag Pattern for Pre.-Primary.
 BPS App/Website has been launched for the acknowledgement of school officials and parents’
communication.
 We teach Pre – Primary Kids through Play Way Method.
 Daily practice of Writing & Communication skills in English and Hindi.
 Children should wear neat and tidy uniform as per code.
 Parents should keep a napkin in their ward’s bag on daily basis.
 Children should bring the school Almanac every day.
 Parents are requested to check their ward’s diary and note books every day.
 Books and note books should be neatly covered and labelled well.
 A proper leave application must be sent to school in case of absence as per page no. 26.
 Students should be on time. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the school campus.
 After the school gets over, parents can visit to meet the concerned teacher or can contact by phone call.
 Sports & Self – Defence classes will be provided to the students.
 Library, IT, IFM, Dance, Music & CCA classes will be conducted according to the time table.
Rules and Regulations of Inter House
Competitions & Club Activities
 Registration for participation is compulsory one week prior to the competition.
 Student should submit his/her name to the respective House-Convener/House-Captain one week prior to the
scheduled dates for various competitions.
 House captains need to hand over the final list to the house mentor six days before, who in turn shall handover
list to the house in-charge.
 It is compulsory for all students to take part in all open competitions and screening round of individual and
group competitions.
 Students are required to bring all required materials as per the scheduled competitions.
 Solo/Group singing and dancing competitions. Classical, semi classical, patriotic, folk or self-composed
songs will be appreciated.
 Change in activity choices will not be entertained once the student’s enrolment is done, so select the best
option as per your interest.
 In sport and game competitions, a student can participate only in three events. (Individual/group).
 Other rules and regulations will be circulated time-to-time as per the need of competitions.
 Students, if found disobeying the rules of participations, his/her participation will be disqualified.
 The decision of the programme committees will be considered as final in any case of discrepancy.

DIET CHART
 Monday : Chilla/Roti/Upma /Green Vegetable/Sweets.
 Tuesday : Dosa-Sambhar with Chutney/ Fruit-Salad.
 Wednesday : Finger Chips/ Rice/Pulao (Rice) + Vegetable/Cutlets/Fruit-Salad
 Thursday : Idli-Sambhar/Fruit-Salad
 Friday : Puri/Paratha / Mix Vegetable (Sabji)/ Fruit-Salad/ Sweets.
 Saturday : Stuffed Parathas with Sabji/Sprouted-Salad.
 Every child should have a napkin.

 Avoid sending only Biscuits & Mixtures/ Avoid sending junk/fast food.

 Prefer using Brown Bread / Durum Wheat products.

 We request parents to give a special attention while preparing the Tiffin, so that

the preparation is nutritious as well as delicious.
