where the basis of payment is a Stipulated Sum
• This contract is used when project price is based on a 1sum (fixed price).
It is suitable for large or complex commercial construction projects.
• A102–2017, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor
where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with a
Guaranteed Maximum Price
• This contract between owner and contractor can be used on large
projects requiring a guaranteed maximum price when the payment to
the contractor is the cost of the work plus a fee.

• This contract is appropriate for smaller, less complex commercial or
residential projects.

transitional, and integrated project delivery, and provides business

• This questionnaire is used to provide information about a contractor’s
background.
• A310–2010, Bid Bond
• This bond ensures the selected bidder will execute the contract and
provide performance and payment bonds.
