I am Leonil Lambayan, a proud graduate of Bachelor of Science in

As a Criminology graduate I have a solid background in law
enforcement, criminal prevention, and rehabilitation. My two-year
internship at BDO as a supervisor during my studies has been crucial in
helping me improve my communication abilities and interact with
people from different backgrounds. This experience has improved my
leadership skills and molded my capacity to maintain composure under
duress.
I've finished specialized training that meets the requirements for my
role, such as Basic Security Operations, Crisis Management, and
Human Rights Awareness. I can now face obstacles with
professionalism, ethics, and a strong dedication to greatness because
to these experiences.
My ideals are in line with the BJMP's purpose to offer people who are
deprived of their freedom with secure and compassionate care. I can't
wait to put my abilities to work, support your objectives, and develop
with your group.
