Good afternoon, everyone.

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Name, from


Division, School. My area of specialization is Computer System Servicing II.
Today, I will be going to demonstrate how to utilized e-media in facilitating
training. First thing you need do is familiarized the electronic device. We
have here laptop, pointer, projector, mixer, wireless mike, Bluetooth speaker
and chords.

In facilitating training it is important to secure our safety, that’s why we need


to make sure all devices are unplug before you start.

First thing you need to do is to connect HDMI cable from projector to laptop.
After connecting, you can now plug the chord of projector and then power
on. Next is check if the pointer is functioning. Put the receiver in USB port
and open a power point presentation then check if it is functioning. Then,
you need to check also if the audio is working. Connect the chord in mixer
and the other one in Bluetooth speaker. Power on the Bluetooth speaker and
mixer. Open a sample video and adjust the volume accordingly. Then check
the mike if it is working.
