Respectfully referred tp your good office for appropriate legal action relative to
cae of GRAVE THREATS WITH CONDITION, to with
ACCUSED/RESPONDER/S: 1. Ermanio Kabagtong of legal age, married, farmer, and
resident of Brgy Little Venice, Laoang Northern Samar;
COMPLAINT: People of the Philippines/ Amado Dulay, resident of Brgy Little Venice,
Laoang, Northern Samar.

FACTS OF CASE:
That more or less 6:00 AM of September 7, 2023, at Purok 4, Brgy Little Venice,
Laoang Northern Samar, while the herein complainant was just fixing their fence at the
backyard, aforesaid suspect who was his neighbor, directly confronted him with some
remarks, to quote in vernacular words,” Papatayon ko gud ikaw in igpadayon mo eton
duon ng aim pag inupay saim kudal!” (meaning: I will really kill you if you continue fixing
your fence!). That moment later, said suspect confronted the complainant again and
then subsequently poured a boiling water towards the face of the complainant using a
dishing basin “palanggana”, luckily, the complainant turend his back but still he got hit
on some parts of his body. The suspect finally went inside their house but was kept on
uttering the remarks, to quote in vernacular, “Papatayon ko gud ikaw pag andam la!
(meaning: I will really kill you just be prepared!).
On the account of the foregoing, a charge for GRAVE THREATS WITH
CONDITION against thee suspect will be brought to the attention of a Prosecutor for
proper disposition and recommendation.
