Event Planning

ASSIGNMENT:
In this Presentation, the Event Planning group will create a PPT on the topic
given by the instructor. You will research information about the topic and
give a well-organized presentation for the following week. Explain how the
topic is relevant to even planning. Give an example of a current event
planning company in Canada and their success. Explain why this course is
important in the hospitality industry. Explain your role in the event planning
group, ex. (CEO, CFO, F&B manager, etc.…)

Requirements:
5 slides minimum + the cover page.
Pictures and graphics on each slide.
Cover page with Names and student ID’s.
Presentation must be between 3-5 minutes in length.

Each item is rated on the following rubric. /25=10%


1= Very poor
2 = Poor
3 = Adequate
4 = Good
5 = Excellent
