BoardofEthicsortheEthicsAdjudicatory Boardoranycourtauthorizedtoconductany
hearingorinquiryorrefusestotestifyoransweranyquestionspecifically,directly,and
narrowlyrelatingtotheperformanceofhisofficialdutiesonthegroundthathistestimony
oranswerswouldtendtoincriminatehim,orrefusestoacceptimmunityfromprosecution
onaccountofanymatteraboutwhichhemaybeaskedtotestifyatsuchhearingorinquiry,
suchactionshallbegroundsfortheimpositionofpenaltiesincludingcensureorafineofnot
