Following the successful completion of your interview, the Management of Venta integrated Services
Limited (VISL) is pleased to offer you the position of Market Developer (MD). You will be part of the planned
Airtel’s Market Developers’ team covering Akwa Ibom State. The main terms and conditions relating to this
employment are as specified below:
COMMENCEMENT DATE
Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set out herein, this appointment will begin on the date
specified in your acceptance. The company’s expected resumption date is 5th May 2025.
SALARY
The position of Market Developer attracts a total monthly remuneration package of =N=114,611.76 (One
hundred Thousand Naira) which is subject to applicable taxes. Find below the breakdown.

PLACEOF WORK
You will be deployed to a cluster of Airtel Partner’s outlets as deemed fit, and you are expected to
perform your daily operations there.
LINE MANAGEMENT/REPORTING LINE
You will report to the Area Sales Manager for your day-to-day assignments and working hours.

PROBATION
This is a contract employment expected to run for a probation period of three (3) months, after which your
employment is confirmed.
DISCIPLINE AND INTERNAL RULES
You must strictly observe and implement all the rules and regulations in the Employee Handbook or other
documents provided to you by the Company from time to time. Any misconduct may lead to disciplinary
procedure or termination of contract without compensation.
NOTICE OF TERMINATION
During the period of the contract, the company may terminate your appointment without prior notice.
While you have the right to leave the service of the company by giving the longest possible notice, you are
obliged to give one (1) month’s written notice to the company or payment in lieu unless mutually agreed
otherwise.
DEVOTION TO DUTY
You shall while in the employment of the company be expected:
(a) To devote yourself exclusively to the service of the company.
(b) To always conduct yourself properly and show respect to constituted authorities within and
outside the company.
(c) Not to receive any gifts, fees, or commission from any other company, tradesman, or anyone for
any reason whatsoever without the knowledge and consent of the company.
(d) Not to divulge to any person/company any information concerning the company or any of her
dealings and transactions that may come to your knowledge in the course of your employment
with the company.
EMPLOYEE LEAVE
You will be entitled to ten (10) days of annual leave which will be effective upon the expiry of your
probation period or otherwise considered by your line manager.
CONFIDENTIALITY
As an employee, you agree at all times during the term of the employment and thereafter to hold in strictest
confidence, and not to use, except for the benefit of the Company, or disclose to any person, firm or
corporation without written authorization of the Company, any trade secrets, confidential knowledge, data
or other proprietary information relating to products, processes, know-how, designs, formulas,
developmental or experimental work, computer programs, database, financial information or any other
subject matter pertaining to any business of the Company or any of its clients, consultants or licensees.
The obligations of confidentiality shall remain effective for a period of two (2) years following the expiration
or termination of this Contract. You shall be responsible for all legal consequences of any violation of these
obligations, including payment of compensation to the Company for any financial loss suffered.

GENERAL OBLIGATIONS
The basic conditions of your employment are as defined above. In addition to them, you will also be subject
to the other conditions of service, which are general to the organization, and other such conditions as and
when they may be decided by the company. You will be bound by VISL’s statement of business principles,
code of conduct, policies, and procedures as amended and advised to you from time to time. Breach of any
applicable code, policy, process, or procedure may constitute misconduct and, if so, may result in disciplinary
proceedings being taken.
You must not give or disclose to, any other person or organization, except as required by law to carry out
your employment duties, confidential or sensitive information or trade secrets to which you have access in
the course of your employment relating to business, finances, or affairs of VISL. This applies after your
employment has been terminated, for whatever reason. All information relating to VISL, its subsidiaries,
affiliates, associates, customers, and suppliers, however stored, is the property of VISL and you must not
keep such information nor use it for your own purposes. This restriction will not apply to information that
becomes public other than through unauthorized disclosure by you. When your employment is terminated,
for whatever reason, any such information in your possession must be handed back to VISL.
Please sign and return the duplicate copy of this letter as evidence of your full understanding and
acceptance of this offer and the terms attached to it and return the same to the undersigned (together with
two recent passport photographs for our records). You are expected to accept the offer on or before the
7th of May 2025 after which it would be deemed to have lapsed. The duplicate copy should be scanned to
info@visl.co putting ikikebassey@visl.co in copy.
