Dear Madam,
Thank you very much for inviting me to quote my rates for English/Urdu language pair for
translation opportunities.
As a freelance translator, I proud to quote my rate for the above mentioned language pair. As I
have already mentioned in my introductory voice note, I have already translated a book from English
to Urdu, and I am under negotiations with the authorized publisher for the translation wrights. I am keen
to translate then that of other documents. But this does not mean that, I will not interested in the other
documents at all.
As you must be aware of that, not all documents can be translated at the same rate. The may
vary with the complexity of text and/or the type of the document, e.g. legal, technical, scientific and
research paper etc. furthermore, The deadline or Turnaround time would compel the translator to
charge more.
I am available to translate a variety of documents, including marketing materials, technical /
scientific documents, user / operation manuals and legal documents but not any document containing
any kind of religious or political content. While I am proficient in translating different types of content,
such as fiction, nonfiction, and academic / research papers.
My rates are competitive, and I am always willing to negotiate. I am also willing to offer discounts
for bulk orders as well.
English to Urdu $0.09 to $0.35
Urdu to English &0.07 to $0.25

 Quality: My top priority is always to provide high-quality translations. This means being
accurate, fluent, and culturally appropriate.
 Communication: It’s always important for me to communicate effectively with my clients.
Being clear about the rates, turnaround times, and process.
 Timeliness: I feel it’s rather more important to meet deadlines then receiving a reminder
from the client, to be reliable and trustworthy with the clients.
 Flexibility: I am flexible and willing to accommodate my clients' needs. Because, this
makes a huge difference when someone is working on short notice or translating into a language that
the client is not as familiar with.
