Important Instructions
Dear Candidate,

With reference to your application for admission, you are requested to appear for the computer-based test at the above-mentioned venue
as per the detailed instructions given.
1. Candidates are required to make sure that the information printed on this admit card is final and as per your preference. In case of any
discrepancy, kindly contact our customer service.
2. Candidates are requested to ensure reading/following the Covid guidelines for your area using the link
(https://home.pearsonvue.com/coronavirus-update) before visiting the test center.
3. Candidate to carry at least one original ID proof along with the final admit card, (without which you will not be allowed to appear for the
test) No photocopy / Scanned copy is allowed

4. Candidate to carry original ID proof, the same will be required with Admit card at thetime of check-in to test center. Please note that the
name & photo appearing on Admit card should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. If there is any
mismatch in the name/photo, Candidate will not be allowed to appear for the test.
5. Candidate will be allowed to attend computer-based test only on the date mentioned in the Admit Card.
6. Candidates should reach the test center at least 30 minutes before the time of exam.
7. Candidates will be provided the instruction sheet by the test center staff to read.
8. Test Center staff will help you starting the test on-time; please ensure that Name and other details which will subsequently appear on the
screen are correct and you’re attempting your own exam.
9. Mobile (Cell) phone, Books, notebook, calculators, watch calculators, pagers etc. are not permitted in the test center. Kindly keep your
personal belongings outside the test center at your own risk
10. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualified.
Our test center staff may ask you to leave the test center if found guilty.
11. Follow all the instructions of the invigilators for check-in and taking the test. You may raise your hand in case you need any help; our test
center staff will assist you.
12. Candidates applied for multiple programs will get separate admit card for each exam as per the programs applied for.
13. Our test center staff will provide you one erasable notepad and marker for the rough work. You can ask the invigilator in case it is not already
there on the workstation. Kindly return it to the invigilator after use.
14. Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall before the end of the examination.
15. The possibility for occurrences of some problem during the administration of the examination can not be ruled out completely which may
impact test delivery and/or result being generated. In such event, every effort will be made to rectify such problem, which may include the
conduct of another examination if considered necessary. Decision of the test conducting body in this regard shall be final. Candidates not willing
to accept such change shall loose his/her candidature for this exam.
16. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing, or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any
form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers
supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.
17. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) should contact the Test Centre Administrator of the test venue at least 30 minutes before the time of
examination for assistance in seating, if needed.

Note:Candidate who has been called for the computer-based test process is requested to “Reconfirm” the eligibility criteria for the respective Programme as per Admission Information Handout uploaded

on the website. The eligibility criteria of any candidate if found lacking, his/ her candidature will get cancelled and processing fees will be forfeited. If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not

satisfy the eligibility criteria or the information furnished by him/her in the online registration is incorrect, his/ her application for the admission to the course, even if selected will stand cancelled.

Candidates appearing for the online test will do so at their own risk of eventually forfeiting their admission for want of meeting the eligibility crite

Please note that NMIMS has full right to disqualify a candidate at any stage of admission procedure if found ineligible as per the eligibility criteria of the program
