REPORT ON MY STEWARDSHIP AS TRANSPORT AND ORGANISING SECRETARY
(TOS).

INTRODUCTION: Praise be to God for his immense love, guidance, protection, wisdom in this journey.
His love faithfulness and mercies that he showed me as the transport and organizing secretary of this great
and wonderful fellowship (NCCF), may his name be praised forevermore Amen.
INVENTORY
My inventory on the properties of NCCF pertaining my office as the transport and organizing secretary.
INSTRUMENTS OF THE NCCF FELLOWSHIP
5 Microphones (5 wire microphones of which 3 are in working condition and 2 faulty).
2 Speakers all working perfectly
1 Power amplifier which is working perfectly (is with Assembly of God Church)
Projector.
2 Generator (1 working perfectly and 1 is faulty).
Drum set, keyboard,
17 Windows and 8 doors kept in GSS
MAMA’S KITCHEN INVENTORY.
Pots (2 big, 3 medium and 1 small size).
Basin (1 big and 2 medium, 40 liters and, 80 liters black basin).
Fridge (mini fridge).
Sieve (1 big green 1 medium).
2 Coolers (1 blue and 1 red).
Coolers (5 medium size coolers).
Turning stick (2 big and 2 small).
Plastic spoons (50 pieces).

ACHIEVEMENT
Monthly general sanitation of the place of worship every third Sunday of the month.

CHALLENGES
Three microphones are not working
Lack of members in the TOS unit
SUGGESTION/RECOMMENDATIONS
I will plead to members to join the TOS unit in order to ease the workload and stress during fellowship
and Rural Rugged Evangelism as well.
CONCLUSION
I want to thank God for his overwhelming grace upon my life and choose me on this journey as the NCCF
transport and organizing secretary zing zone, Taraba State. May the lord guide me and the incoming
TOSMAN till the end.
I also thank all my fellow executives for their love and support throughout my service in the house of
God. TOS unit zing zone will never die and NCCF zing zone will never die.
