air purifiers throughout the development and production phases.
Product sponsor and role
Product Sponsor: CEO of Perfect Purifiers LLC
Role: The CEO will provide strategic direction, secure necessary resources, and ensure that the
project aligns with organizational goals. They will play a key role in decision-making and project
success.
Team deadlines
Regular team meetings will be held to track progress and address challenges. Deadlines for
specific project phases are as follows:
Design Phase: 4 months
Production Phase: 6 months
Marketing Launch: 2 months
Team resources and funding requirements
Resources: Design software, manufacturing equipment, marketing budget for promotions and
advertisements.
Funding: An initial budget of $2 million is allocated to cover development, production, and
